Theresas career in the dental world spans two decades, with nearly half of those years spent right here at our Burlington office. She studied business management at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell and also has advanced training in dental insurance and reimbursements, CareCredit, and dental office management. She loves interacting with the wonderful patients through her job and also being able to help them smoothly navigate their specific insurance coverage.
Karen has been working in dentistry since 1979 her career spans nearly 40 years! She attended the Hygiene Program at Middlesex Community College, earning her Associates in Science Certificate. Theres nothing she loves more about her position than seeing so many wonderful patients and their families on a routine basis.
Karen is from Burlington and is married with two adult children that both also live in the area. She also has a precious granddaughter and grandson whom she loves spending time with. When she isnt busy at the office, she enjoys traveling and reading as well. She is also a very talented swimmer!
Barbara grew up in Melrose, Massachusetts. She went to hygiene school at Middlesex community college in Lowell and graduated in 1997. She has been treating patients at our practice for over 10 years! She loves being a hygienist because it allows her to help people improve their overall health. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading a book, and going to concerts with her friends.
Gabriela is born and raised in Lawrence, MA. Shes been in the dental field for about ten years now and been with the practice for over 8 years. In her free time, she enjoys playing basketball and soccer. She also enjoys going to the gym a lot and playing with her dogs.
Enisa is originally from Bosnia. She studied literature and linguistics. She's been working as a Registered Dental Assistant since 2006. She loves helping people especially those that are afraid at the dentist. In her free time, she enjoys baking, spending time with her husband and her lovely two kids, and she is also studying to become a Dental Hygienist.
Carlee is originally from Burlington, MA. She really loves working with people, especially kids. When she's not in the office she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family friends.

Dr. Song is always very thorough during his assessments and cleanings. He gives you suggestions on how to improve oral hygiene without judgement. The whole staff is very professional, and friendly. The clinic is always spotless. It is super convenient to go there from where I live.

Dr. Song is the best! I've always been so nervous and anxious going to the dentist but Dr. Song, Theresa, Karen and all staff were so welcoming and helped to put my mind at ease and make me feel so comfortable! Definitely the best dentist around!

So glad to have found Dr. Song! He and his staff are all so considerate and kind. Dr. Song is excellent, and offers such personalized and gentle care. Even though we've moved a bit farther away from his office, I am happy to make the trip to see him for all my dental care. He's worth it!

Dr. Song and the whole team I met with are very accommodating, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and kind. In my experience, I have never had the dentist do the first cleaning. Dr. Song came in and spent a lot of time with me. He explained everything very clearly. It's noticeable from the first visit that he truly cares about his patients.

The dread of going to the dentist can be over if you see Dr. Song! Dr. Song is very reassuring. It's been a few years since I've been to the dentist and he told me not to be embarrassed. Dr. Song explains his exam and procedures as he works on you. He asks how your doing frequently and checks in to determine if you are having discomfort. Dr. Song is very professional and personable. He puts you at ease right away. His assistant is also very caring in her role. The office staff is outstanding. I wasn't sure about my insurance coverage. It was so helpful to have the office manager deal with the insurance company. Dr. Song and his team offers the best care possible! Highly recommend!!

I took my 2 year old son to his first dentist appointment, and I couldn't have imagined it going better! We were greeted by a friendly staff, who understand children need happiness and a little silliness. The office was bright, clean and beautiful, with soft tasteful music playing, it was tranquil and lovely. Most importantly, Dr. Derek Song was so friendly, patient and kind! I was expecting a very routine experience, but it was above and beyond, and actually a lot of fun!

I first called Dr Song's office because of an emergency dental problem I was experiencing and my current dentist had not returned my call. I spoke to Theresa, Office Manager, and she set up an appointment immediately. Theresa is the first person you meet when you go into office and she not only answers all your questions but she makes you feel so welcome. I have always had anxiety at dental appointments but Dr Song's professional and pleasant manner puts you at ease right away. I was impressed at how he took the time to explain options. I was able to purchase a yearly Membership Plan for those without dental insurance that substantially reduces treatment rates. I went into the office because my current Dentist never returned an emergency call so you can imagine my surprise when I left Dr. Song's office and they handed me a card with his cell phone number to call him if I had any problems at all with my tooth. I highly recommend this practice.
