i used to go to Derek's dad, and he was a fantastic dentist. Derek is no less than fantastic as well. The staff is all great and very accommodating. My hygienist Johna is great, and a perfect match for my sarcastic humor. Such a comfortable environment with professional values. My mom and dad were both clients of Derek and his father. Nothing but great compliments of the wonderful job they both did. There is no other dentist for me other than Dr. Derek Kolander. You would never be disappointed.

The staff is amazing and Dr. Kolander is always so kind. He never rushes and always makes you feel like you're the only patient in the office. Never rushes, thorough and kind.

As a nurse, I am always concerned about technique, cleanliness, knowledge base, and customer service. In all these areas and more, I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Kolander and his staff! They are always honest, friendly, and prompt on their appointment times. Dr. Kolander is an extremely kind and knowledgeable dentist. His technique from numbing the mouth to filling a cavity or putting on a crown, really is expert level! I've been to several dental office's in the past, but nobody even comes close to Dr. Kolander and his staff!

I was referred to Derek Kolander, DDS. I was nervous at first, although my first visit was great. It was easy to find and the Receptionist, Assistants and the Dentist were outstanding. I would definitely recommend Derek Kolander to anyone in need of a Dentist. Thank you for having me as a new patient.

So happy to have found my new dentist! Was on the hunt for a dentist since moving to Sac County....I was impressed by the 5- Star reviews on Google however a bit skeptical going in (how can they possibly have all these great reviews)?? I found Kolander's office to be top notch from front to finish; from booking my appointment to dental exam, x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Kolander was very attentive, professional and made me feel comfortable as I was a nervous Nelly early on within my appointment...Hygienist Leslie was just as attentive- had a conservative approach to my cleaning, made me feel at ease and with a lovely bed side manner! Overall great experience and am recommending Kolander's office to friends and family!

Dr. Kolander and all of his staff are just so knowledgeable and kind. They always take the time to educate me on better ways of taking care of my teeth. I'm so very happy to have Dr. Kolander as my dentist

Dr. Kolander and his staff are very professional, and respectful of your time by keeping appointments on schedule. The dental hygienist does excellent work as well by providing gentle and thorough cleaning. I am very pleased with the services received. Great dentistry run by great people, your in good hands!

This was my first visit to Dr. Kolander's office. My husband has been going for years and suggested I go after my dentist retired. Dr. Kolander and team were all very kind and welcoming. Katie, my hygienist was wonderful and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Kolander was very kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. He found something wrong that I've been trying to explain to my last dentist for the last couple of years. I highly recommend his office.
