Not good. Went in for a cleaning since it's been six years since I've been to the dentist & was told they won't clean my teeth because I need a few DEEP CLEANINGS even though my medical won't cover it! So I spent 81 bucks on xrays & NO cleaning!

I am very disappointed with Deptford Family Dental. After several visits to this office I have to find another dentist. After rescheduling an appointment to have a chipped tooth repaired, I went to another appointment just to have them look at the tooth and not do anything. After weeks of discomfort I finally was able to see the dentist and I am extremely upset about the work that he did on my tooth. Also, the dentist rushed me out of the chair when I was clearly telling him that my bite didn't feel right and I wasn't happy with the work. I feel like I did when I went to the dentist on market st in camden. I am very apprehensive about going to this dentist again and will begin now to look for another practice. Me personally I wouldn't recommend Deptford Family Dental to anyone I know. I feel no better after leaving this dentist than I did before I went. I am just as uncomfortable now as I was then.

It is a shame that Dr Burke left this office. She was the best dentist I ever had and made it a pleasant experience. The last few times I went were upsetting at best, and traumatic at worst. I needed a filling done, but it turned out it needed a root canal instead. The doctor drilled into my tooth chamber and put a temporary filling in for two weeks. This was some of the worst days i've ever had- I was in so much pain i had to take the maximum of Tylenol AND ibuprofen, and could not eat or sleep. I was a minor at the time. I was not informed that my tooth would be inflamed like this or how to care for it. I called the emergency line and did not get a response and contemplated the emergency room fearing infection. Thankfully i was graciously allowed to come in ONE day early for my root canal, which was one of the worst things I've ever experienced, and has instilled a fear of dentists that I have never had before. It was very painful and I was crying in the chair. Doctor A helped me a lot and I'm grateful, but it was still a traumatic experience. I'm still trying to bring myself to go to the dentist after this incident, but I know it won't be here. I recommend taking your children to a proper children's dentist, but if you must come here, see Doctor A.

I am very disgusted and disappointed will never come back to that office ever again. Do not waste anymore of my time calling to follow up with me.

I went there to get my top teeth pulled to get my teeth replaced. They were so nice and understanding. The whole staff understand how scared I was with this process and explained everything before it was done.

i called to make an appointment and got one for the next day which i was so surprised about. i went yesterday june 21 my appt was for 10. the only reason i'm being so specific is bc everyone was soooooo nice there. the lady who cleaned my teeth was vanessa and she was so lovely and nice. and the dental assistant i think that's what they're called i don't remember her name but she has a tattoo behind her left ear she was a queen. i hope i get her again she was so funny while taking the x-ray pics and said she liked my perfume. what a queen. and everyone kept saying how they loved my glasses omg so nice. i always have a good experience when i go but yesterday was crazy everyone was so sweet. and the lady at the front desk too when i checked in she was black and has a navy blue bonnet or scarf on she was nice too. i loved dr burke idk where she went but dr lopez is so nice too!!! i met him for the first time yesterday and he was rlly funny. the one thing i will say is i wish they explained what was going on more. idk like after the drs u get an after visit paper i wish they had that here. maybe they do and i had to ask idk. anyway i can't wait to go back in december i hope everyone is still there!! much love

I used to love and reccomend this place all the time but after this experience I won't be returning. I was scheduled to have an extraction done about a month ago and both the surgeon and doctor were new to me. I go ahead with the procedure and note just how rough the surgeon was. While I understand he is extracting broken teeth it felt unnecessarily rough. I was too numbed up to feel the pain but could tell by how hard he ended up pushing on my head. After the procedure is done I asked him a question about whether all the rotting gunk would be gone. He dismissed my question and told me the Doctor would answer that. The doctor comes in and again dismisses my question telling me not to rinse as it will affect the area. Neither the surgeon nor the doctor helped alleviate my concerns or tell me even how to take care of my new denture caps! I had to Google everything and there is stuff I'm still learning as I go. Now I also have complaint with the aftermath. Two teeth were to be removed, my 2 front teeth. One side is perfectly fine while the other is sorely damaged. As if he yanked outwardly instead of pulling straight down. A large gash is now in my gum and poorly healing. It's not dry socketed but it hurts. Very disappointed how this place has changed.

My daughter is comfortable going there. I like it there. Occasionally they have to reschedule us but that could happen anywhere.

I've been a patient for about 8 years now. I always had a good experience when Dr. Burke was there. The way things are now , it's going downhill. I do understand the high demand. But I never had an issue with being called back or even the phone being answered for that matter. I had 3 crowns from 7 1/2 years ago. (All upper teeth) right side crown came out so the dental assistant put temp cement in it to keep it on. It feel out and I lost it . So when I went in for treatment the new doctor numbed me and then said he couldn't perform on my tooth who does that!? I had to go to work with a numb mouth for hours! They sent me to Willingboro dental. They did my post and I'm awaiting my permanent crown. But as I had to eat for weeks on my left side, my crown completely came out along with my tooth underneath!!! So I currently have missing teeth on the left. I'm trying to get partials and no one has yet called me back! I will be dealing with Willingboro from here on out! I'm disgusted. Let's see if a manager will look into this ! I doubt it .

Just had the worst experience there!! I will NEVER go back. They extracted a infected tooth, and never cleaned my gums, or inside the infected area. I was released bloody, and was NOT given any antibiotics! Im a kidney transplant, shouldn't antibiotics be your first priority. I even bought my flipper,, because i work for a dental lab, and was told it was against the law for them to touch. Thank God, I got another dentist to look at it, he said the area where the tooth was extracted from was still infected. Unfortunately, it's not healing right! What dentist office doesn't prescribe you antibiotics, let you leave there practice bloody, and doesn't assist you with anything! I'm highly offended. If I were you DO NOT GO HERE!! It's extremely unorganized...and the dentist don't care about you!

The front staff is always extremely nice and I've been coming here for a few years for my routine cleanings. I went in for minor dental work and the person who performed it was uninterested. I asked a simple question when he finished and I got a blank stare and he then turned away. Great love that. When I checked the work in my car you can tell it was rushed and not the best quality. So here we are.
