They were so caring with my 5 year old daughter who needed a lot of work done! They had great communication with me and made me feel comfortable about entrusting my daughter in their care! I definitely recommend!

Thank you to LIJ Dental Clinic - shout out to all the very caring staff. The two front desk ladies, Rosa, Dr Abe Hashim and the other dentists there are the best oral surgeons in Queens I've encountered. The entire experience ecspecially since I can see that the waiting room was full and the staff are overworked and they still treated me and the rest of the patients that showed up with prompt and compassionate attention. Really great doctors and staff all around even Diane P. who irradiated my brain is okay because those pictures were worth it. I just wanted to add that before you get x-rays you should take some potassium iodide to protect your glands...

very unprofessional and uncaring dentists, especially kelsey. their lack of care and attention caused my friend to end up in the hospital with a dangerous mouth problem that easily can cause sepsis if left untreated. if my friend was one of those people who couldnt/wouldnt go to the hospital on their own volition my friend could have died. at no point was my friend recommended for further medical attention after visiting here- they simply said it was probably nothing.

no one here is professional and serious issues are treated like nothing. i went in with excruciating pain only to be told its nothing, ended up in the emergency room, and needed the tooth removed. i would never ever recommend going here and i will actually be telling everyone i know to never go here.

I promise you no one answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold again. No one ever calls you back either. Go somewhere else avoid this business at all cost.

Stay clear away from this dental clinic. The uncaring and dismissive behavior that my family member received on July 21st is unacceptable. When an individual makes an appointment to see a "specific" doctor, that is who the patient should see. The patient should not be lied to; and told the by resident doctor, "the doctor will be seeing you, I'm just here to take down your information and concerns and will relay information to the doctor", then pretend as if she's going to get the doctor, then returns and gives some excuse that the doctor will not be seeing the patient!!! What type of dental practice is Northwell running? Dr M showed a lack of interest in seeing my family member, i guess because surgery wasn't required. Whatever the case may be, every patient should be treated equally the same. Will NOT recommend North Shore Dental Clinic.

Very unprofessional front desk receptionist. I am trying to make an app for my disabled son. They kept on lying and very rude. The definitely should work for Northwell. What a shame. They need to be retrained or fired. Disgusting receptionist all of them. I will never go back there. I am very sad about leaving cause my son has been going to lij since he was 3 months old, went to the children dental clinic, the receptionist there at the children clinic are very nice and thoughtful. I hope Northwell can do something about the customer service at the front desk. Please don't go to this clinic, no respect wrong the receptionist. This review is mainly for customer service. I have not experienced such horrible service and rude receptionists like I did with this office.

Please don't go to this place, residents are useless, they don't even know how to assess patients, the attending won't even see you, no communication between desk personnel and doctors, delays in procedure for months, very poorly managed dental office, no protocol in place for tooth extraction.

I was told by my dentist that I needed my bottom wisdom teeth both extracted. I wanted to be sedated for the procedure. First of all trying to get a dental appointment is ridiculous they make you wait two months just to get into see the dentist and God for bid you need a procedure done they have to get it approved by the insurance which takes another month. I specifically made an appointment with Dr. Segal after calling to find out if they did sedation and I was told yes he did sedation. I explained to them that I had the referral from my regular dentist for the extractions can I make an appointment for the procedure. They told me that I needed a consultation first... I don't know what I needed a consultation for I already had the referral from my dentist stating I needed the teeth extracted. Drove to the Northwell Health Center in new Hyde Park was lost for about an hour and a half just trying to find the office. Then when I finally found the right building no one even knew of this doctor. Finally someone help me and we found the office I did not even see Dr. Siegel I saw someone else. This dentist told me that they don't do sedation because it's a learning hospital unless I'm between 16 and 25 years of age. Very unprofessional wasted five hours definitely call and make sure you asked several people the same question to make sure you're getting the proper answer.

I am extremely happy with this professional office. All are A-1. In these tough covid times, the dentists , and all staff are efficient and very professional. I recommend the facility . Dr Stuart is articulate and made me very comfortable. After a awful dentist left cotton in 2 teeth after root canal , Dr Stuart and his staff were able to diagnose and are taking care of me. I'm very content and grateful to have them.

I was seen by Dr. Grant for a series of appointments and she was lovely. I was seen on time, every time. She was thorough and gentle. Regarding the previous reviews, the receptionists could use some smiles, this is true, but that is secondary to the service I received from Dr. Grant.

RECEPTIONIST ARE NO HELP LIKE CHILDREN AT FRONT DESK ANSWERING CALLS , THE DOCTORS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENTS AND THEY WILL LEAVE YOU FOR PAIN IF NOT WORST ! If your going here good luck wish you the best ! This place shouldn't be a part of north shore LIJ ! The rest of the hospital is so different! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!! NOW !!

Very unprofessional. Kept talking over me, loudly, while I tried to give details. Cut me off more than once. On top of that I was on hold for probably 20 out of the 30 minutes we were on the phone. She also disconnected me. I'd give zero stars if I could.
