My mother came to Dr Kasem's office in search to have her teeth fixed, as they were falling out and she was not happy with her smile anymore. From the beginning of my mothers journey with Dr Kasem and staff, they have all been answered prayers!! Dr Kasem is superb with his detail in dentistry! He has given my mother a beautiful smile and made sure that all her expectations were met. My mom is in good hands at this office with Dr Kasem and staff! We thank you all for what a wonderful outcome this has been!!! 100% recommend Dr. Kasem for your dentist!

This the best dentist I ever been to l went in on September 26 2022 had some major work done went the same day with new teeth and the best thing I had no pain what so ever I would recommend this dentist to everyone which I already did and his staff is excellent they make you feel like family Thank you so much and he calls and check on you

I recently had a lower dental implant plate installed by Dr Kasem and am extremely pleased. The procedure from beginning to end took about 6 months but was worth every second. The professionalism and expertise displayed be Dr Kasem and his staff are second to none. I highly recommend Dr Kasem to anyone considering denture or implants he is the best.

I've been going to Dr. Kasem for a couple of years and to say he is a wizard with teeth is an understatement! The first time I went in I had two teeth that were broken to bits. Other dentists I'd been to said just pull them. But not Dr. Kasem - he said he could save them and that he did! I've since had another tooth do the same thing and he saved it as well. Every time I go in the office the staff are nice and welcoming. Dr. Kasem is true and honest with what he can do. He's very passionate about his work and the outcome of what he does! I'm thankful I found him because my teeth are not the greatest and Dr. Kasem takes the time to put the plan of action together to help me save what I have left! I recommend him over, and over, and over again!!!

I recently had to get a new full set of upper & lower dentures, so I went to a nation wide affordable dentures franchise. I opted for the more expensive ultimate fit dentures. However, the dentures were totally useless. I repeatedly went back for them to try and make them fit. There was no way they would ever have fit, as I had to shift my lower jaw to the right to even lineup the back teeth in order to chew. The upper denture had a rough sandy feel when I ran my tongue over it. I believe that the dentures were made of inferior materials. I could not have the dentures in my mouth for more than 2 hours before my gums would start to throb. I was very disappointed and told them that I wanted my money back. I left the dentures there & told the affordable dentures place that it was a waste of time. I did get my money back within about 10 days. I believe I was reimbursed so quickly due to the fact I used Care Credit for financing the dentures. I then went to Dr. Kasem at Dentures & Dental Implants in Clermont, Florida as he was the dentist that pulled all my teeth and made my original dentures 18 years ago. At that time he even extracted an upper tooth that was embedded on a 45 degree angle that didn't drop down. (I still had a baby tooth that was not pushed out by the embedded tooth) Dr. Kasem is very skilled & I didn't have any bone splinters working their way out of my gums, like I had 20 years prior to having my wisdom teeth pulled in Michigan. I was so glad to know that he was still making dentures. I drove down from North Florida to Clermont, Florida and got new dentures in two days. I did have to return in a couple weeks for an adjustment, but they now fit perfect and I don't even have to use any adhesive. Dr. Kasem is the best and I would highly recommend him any day. His office staff, dental assistant and dental technician are all very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Kasem is absolutely wonderful. Such a caring person. His staff is amazing also. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their teeth

Dr. Kasem, thank you for giving me back my smile. For the last several years I struggled with a partial and continued to lose more teeth. Finally admitting there must be something better, I made an appointment with Dr. Kasem. He and his staff are professional, informative and caring. Today I have lowers that snap in and out and my uppers fit so well that I never use any adhesive. I don't have any restriction on food and am able to eat all my favorites. This may be long but well worth the read...I went to Dr kasem with extreme anxiety from years of fear of needles and the most horrible experiences with past dentists. I needed a lot of work done. I chose Dr kasem because I wanted a "real dentist" and did not want to be just another number like in the past. The first thing was some major surgery on my gums and bone graphs, repairing work from previous dentists. Dr Kasem did the surgery and repairs for this first. He then worked on fixing my teeth including an implant. He explained everything that he did and why it was necessary in order to get the results that he did. He took his time and had patience with me knowing how bad my anxiety is. He worked many hours on my teeth and I couldn't be happier. I can smile again with confidence. His staff is absolutely amazing. They could not have been any nicer or more patient with me. They treated me like someone special. I have to say I went into this knowing that my dental insurance was only good at the fly by night dentist's and that this was going to be a self pay. This was the best money I have ever spent. Thank you Dr Kasem and staff. You are all amazing

Huge Rave: IF you are looking for a Great Dentist, In the Lake County area, I highly recommend My husband and I have seen multiple Dentist in the area. We have been left broke and disappointed in overcharging and poor workmanship. Dr Kasem's work is excellent. He goes above and beyond. We are both very happy with all the dental work he and everyone in the office have provided . He also works with everyone with financial issues, which makes it easier to get what you want, and what you need to get done. Also they work with you on your work schedule which is huge for my husband and his job. My favorite part is , I Do Not feel like I'm part of a herd being pushed through the system. I hope you get a chance to visit him. You will NOT be disappointed.

I went here as a new patient. I had my xray done which they charged me 100.00. When I was in the exam room I expressed that I had pains in my tooth and wanted an extraction or whatever he would suggest to stop the problem. He told me MULTIPLE times that he wasnt going to give me pain medications even after I told him I WASN'T there for pain medications but because I had problems and wanted it solved. Upon me leaving I went to speak to the receptionist where she was going to schedule my next appointment. Dr. Kasem came out and told her NOT to schedule me! Rather he preferred me call. I felt like he was being very rude and prejudice. I went back the next day to get my xrays and have another doctor see me and they wanted to charge me an additional 30.00 for my medical records! they said it was for the CD it was on although I had brought a USB with me. Eventually the doctor was called and he told her to give me my information and have me leave. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Dr Kassam is great, I had my first root canal in Lexington Kentucky Maxi Combs ant it was horrible, a dentist in Somerset ky Dr Graves tried to SAvE my tooth. It lasted 1 yr. I was terrified to go to dentist, which I was never terrified before until my bad experience with Maxi Combs. Dr Kassem told me he had to pull my tooth, and build my bone back, it was very infected. Then Dr Kassem said I needed an implant well with my horrible experience prior it took me 1 yr to get an implant. I did go back to Dr Kassem, I was living in Pittsboro NC and could have gone anywhere there, but Dr Kassem cares about you and your teeth. He did my implant I was scared to death and it went perfect. No pain a little swelling which I went back to him immediately to check from my other bad experience and I was ok! Thank you I highly recommend you and your staff! Jan Randall

After spending a lifetime not happy with my smile, Dr. Kasem changed that all within the span of a couple short hours. He contoured my teeth perfectly and gave me crowns to match. When all was said and done, I was given a beautifully NATURAL smile that finally...made me smile. The amount of compliments I've received afterwards are staggering, and the effect it has had on my career (I'm an actor/model) has been absolutely tremendous. Choosing Dr. Kasem was easily one of the best investments I've ever made. I can personally attest that you won't be disappointed :)

My experience with Dr. Kasem and his friendly staff was nothing less then excellent. To find him was a blessing. A true professional with the degrees to prove it, I knew from my first visit he truly cared about his patients. He had a complicated job with me and did outstanding work. His staff was great and everybody truly gave me a comfortable feeling. I would recommend him over and over again. After having another Dentist make a denture ( sent out not done by him ) I was really disappointed unable to wear it. I found Dr. Kasem from friends suggestions. I will say if you want a professional job done he is the only one I would recommend. His attention to detail all work done by him onsite is remarkable. I also had lower implants put in without a problem. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Hands down the very best person to have your dentures made. Thanks Dr. Kasem.
