Originally from Dallas, Texas and a graduate of Baylor Dental College, Dr. Ridley brings over 30 years of experience and technology in general dentistry, dental surgery and denture fabrication to his practices in Eugene and Florence. Update: finally got my new upper dentures. Happy with my new bright smile I had a tooth extraction which was painless. The dentist also remove some fractured teeth at no extra charge. I also Met Vicky who is on the dental Masters TV commercial

I love this dentist..(I can't believe I said that but it's true). The staff is so good and always so careful during this whole pandemic..I just finished getting some dentures I needed for 10 years (long story). My smile is back ..I can talk without covering my mouth and chew again .. Don't look any further ..This is the place ..Thank You Thank You ..Thank you

Disappointing and here is why. Had a total of 4 implants done one came out within less than 2 weeks 1 put in incorrect almost going into sinus cavity. Now going through removal and reconstruction in mouth to fix problem. The biggest disappointment is Denture Masters administration will not call back or offer any kind of help. They did take the implant back that fell out so they could be reimbursed for it but no offer to reimburse me. I would at this point give a -5 stars.

Prepaid to have work done with Dr. Perala, but he is no longer there, and will have to go through Dr. Ridley. Now that Dr. Perala is gone, they aren't willing to give me a refund, very unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perala for years and will continue to see him. He has solved my dental problems and has maintained my dental health and smile for many years. He is the "BEST".

Unfortunately I can no longer speak to the quality of this business as Dr Perala is no longer there. Perhaps their lack of professionalism played a significant role in not being able to retain good people - both customers and staff alike.

I have my smile back!!!! Thank you , Thank you Thank you!!!!! Great customer service and very pleasant experience. Tracy and Dennis did an amazing job. Tracy took time from her weekend and met me at the office for a simple adjustment. I'm very happy with the results.
