Our practice is a modern haven for patients in need, and Dr. Balington looks forward to continuing to introduce advanced techniques and technologies as time goes on. For instance, we use intraoral cameras and digital X-rays to diagnose dental problems in a safe, efficient fashion, as well to provide more opportunities for patient education. Nitrous oxide (a mild form of dental sedation) is also available for nervous or fearful patients who need a little extra help relaxing.
Dr. Balington earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. He began his career in dentistry in 2006 in Lake Wales, Florida before moving to DFW in 2009. As a family dentist, he enjoys all aspects of restorative dentistry and has a particular passion for childrens dentistry.
When not in a dental office, he enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with friends. He is looking forward to starting a family in the Denton community with his fiance Debby, who works as an Intensive Care Unit nurse at Dallas Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Karim studied at UT Dallas before pursuing her doctorate at Baylor College of Dentistry. Today, she has been working in this field for over four years and counting. She loves being able to save teeth through her dedicated efforts, and treating such wonderful patients is always a pleasure.
Dr. Karim is originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, and she speaks five languages! She and her husband have been married for 10 years. They have a son together who is three. When she isnt busy at work, you can find her biking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching movies.
I was born in Galveston and raised in Denton. Ive worked in the dental field for over 6 years as a treatment coordinator and insurance aging report specialist. Im married and have a 5-year-old son, Nehemyah. When not working I enjoy cooking, traveling and most importantly spending time with my family!
I was born in Dallas and raised in Grand Prairie. Ive been working in the dental field for 15 years as a Registered Dental Assistant. My greatest satisfaction is to know that Im providing excellent care to my patients. I consider myself strong willed, hardworking and reliable. I have three daughters who are my world!
