my wife was charged for 2 veneers which she didn't get and they still haven't refunded, they submitted a claim to the insurance company and they got a check and the insurance company said that is suppose to be refunded to my wife and still haven't sent it to her. Definitely turning this over to the Dental Association, read very well what they want you to sign don't trust them

I paid for my teeth and the submitted the claim to my insurance and they told me when I called, that the money belongs to them? How? I paid them I'm reporting them to the Dental Association, they are very nice while you're their client and after you're done they're very nasty and rude

Went in for a cracked tooth. Was initially concerned that Dr Joon was no longer practicing at this facility. However, within 2 hours I had a temporary cap placed and a new crown will come in a couple of weeks. The dentist was very efficient and I had practically no discomfort. Five star treatment.

Great dentist!! Manager, staff, dentist, and specialists are all friendly and helpful! Trustworthy too, no hidden prices like other dental offices. I left my other dentist due to that problem. Here they are honest, kind, and knowledgeable. I got a crown here to place on a dental implant. The X-ray tech is top notch technology too! Totally recommend! Worth the extra drive out, thank you

I've been coming to this location for over a year, since my first visit I can't complain about anything. If anything I'm bliss I found this dentist office. I've been to multiple offices all my life, none can compare to Dentist of Whittier I want to take a moment to thank the whole staff. Everyone is so kind. Incredible customer service, very knowledgeable and amazing doctors too. They're absolute the best at what they do. Top prestige service. If you're looking for a Dentist office, look no more. Come here to this location, you will be absolutely pleased you did. Stop stressing and come here, they will take care of you from day 1! So I cracked a tooth right in half right in the front of my mouth four days before a big family wedding out of town the amazing staff got me in same day and got it completely fixed in about two hours my smile is family picture ready and they made a client out of me for life!

Only my second visit and everyone is so nice and they have the best customer service, so personable and so friendly. And They are so awesome with my well being and comfort. And they truely listened to my concerns and gave me my best options. With eveything I needed. I am so glad I found this dental office. I am so amazed how great they were with me. I went in for an emergency procedure. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and tolerated by bad jokes! Management helped me out a lot too since my insurance didn't work with this office. I'm so glad I went in today and got help! Thank you team!

This place is horrible, if insurance don't cover you dental work they are quick to get you approved for a credit card , they serve you quick the first time and once they stick you with the full amount on the credit card they take for ever on the follow up appointment. Also my wife's temporary veneers kept falling off literally hours after getting it cemented on . She had to go back 5 times !!! Their turn around time on crowns are really long and my wife's didn't even fit so once again more appointments!!! . If you guys want fast service and really good quality work go to Dr, Sheldon LU in Tustin, I would go their and back faster than my wife and we live in Whittier.
