They were very kind, helpful and professional!! I took a special needs client in for a deep cleaning. They were very gentle with him and he never complained about anything. Office manager is awesome, hygienist was kind and doctor was great!!

Tiffany is the best and all the receptionists are equally best! The whole crew at Dentists at Waco at 1115 N. Valley Mills Dr. Ste. B, Waco, TX are very professional. I received good customer service! Dr. Luis Rucobo-Alvarado was very thorough in cleaning our teeth, and explaining everything very clearly. They gave me installment plan because I cant afford a full payment! I highly recommend Dentists of Waco! I'm 100% satisfied customer! Thank you, Dentists of Waco. We have pearly white, healthy teeth!

This facility never provided the dental cleaning for me. I left because of the sitting there so long in the dental chair (from 10:15 a.m. to 11:48 a.m.). First, the dentist apologized for the delay. Next, his equipment tools did not work. He calls the assistant to replace the machine. She detaches the tube on my left side and wheels the machine out. When she comes back, with UNGLOVED HANDS, she sets up the machine but she never reattaches the tube on the left side. Then an additional 10-12 minutes passed and he STILL had not returned. He was in the front office with the receptionist/s. Needless to say I won't return. I don't understand why they come into the exam room for payment. Why not at the front desk or when you leave?

After chipping a tooth on Wednesday, I woke up on Friday morning with a toothache, and my usual dentist's office couldn't see me until Monday. Worried that the pain would worsen over the weekend, I called around to other offices that were listed as being in-network for my insurance, and Dentists of Waco was able to get me in the same day, thanks in big part to Ashley, who made several phone calls and went out of her way to get my insurance verified on short notice. Dr. Rucobo-Alvarado was very kind and professional, and he did what he could to provide a temporary solution and relieve the pain before referring me to an endodontist for a root canal. Over all, I was very impressed with this dental office, and I'll be returning as a regular patient in the future.

This is been by far the best expierence to the dentist that I had in my 36 years. The doctor was incredible. Tiffaney and Megan, thank you both for the way you treat your patients. If you are looking for a dental home, this is the place to go.

Not a great Dentist. They would not clean my teeth for 59 dollars . They would not clean my teeth unless i promise to let them do all kinds of other work. I also felt pressured.I hope I am proved wrong on your visit.They had a special and didn't honor it. Also they come into the exam room for payment right in the middle of everything.. if you don't believe me someone else said it as well on here

Update below. Courtney is so kind and knowledgeable. The whole staff are there for you and take the time to answers your questions. Very good location, I'm looking forward to returning. Update: a year later I came back. Now, you guys, dental work is often excruciating and stressful to both the patient and the dentist. This week I went in for a split molar. I was in so much pain that my intentions were to simply pull out all my teeth and live the rest of my days on dentures. first off, I'm grateful that they talked me out of it. secondly, this is the first practice I have visited in decades where the staff genuinely listened to my words and took the time to understand the situation. thirdly, during the removal process, I had such a major emotional release. and I was shocked that they allowed me a moment to cry it out. my 6 years of adolescent orthodontics had taught me to stay still no matter what, so it was just a lovely experience to be in safe hands while I fought all the emotions running in my head. the removal process itself didn't hurt (despite my crying appearing as the opposite), it was simply my childhood orthodontic trauma coming out. but this staff TOOK CARE OF ME you guys. I was not an easy patient that day, but they went above and beyond to take care of me. now that they're educating me on what is happening for my teeth, I am better equipped on which plan of action will be the best. words cannot express my gratitude in being freed from that pain, even if in the moment it didn't appear so. thank you so much. from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

The Dentists of Waco staff are friendly, personable, and professional in every way. The office is clean and has a calm atmosphere. They offer late appointments and the scheduling staff were super helpful in accommodating my husband and I for the same day. We also brought our toddler along and the front desk staff were very sweet with her. We were pleasantly surprised they had a small children's area and that helped keep my toddler occupied. Dr. Hua is amazing and does an incredible job at making you feel comfortable. She works with confidence and efficiency. Overall, I feel confident I had made a good decision to change dental providers. I highly recommend the Dentists of Waco.

My teeth are so clean, I'm afraid to eat! Seriously, my experience here was the best experience I've ever had. I've been to a few dentists but never went back for treatment. It started with patient care, Tiffany. She is simply awesome. Her phone etiquette matches her in person demeanor. After getting signed in, Savannah took great care to gently get X-rays. She was awesome and got some good shots without disturbing my sore teeth. Then, Dr. Hua Gently examined my teeth, carefully explained treatment options, and thoroughly completed the treatment I had chosen. I never want to leave this place. The whole staff are awesome.

The best experience I have ever had at a dentist. We had issues with our previous dentist (pain, not completing work, and fillings falling out in 9 months). We got my daughter in and she had major anxiety after our previous dentist. They were able to fix her up and she now has no issues going to the dentist so long as it is this dentist! They did the same for me, fixing all the issues from the previous dentist mistakes. I had more intense dental work done here then I have ever had to have done and I had zero pain with only one injection of numbing medicine. Fantastic experience from the lady booking our appt to everyone I encountered while there. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone!

This organization is dishonest. I came in for a regular exam , cleaning and X-ray on there advertised special. Well over $3800 later and ringing my credit card like a slot machine. I thought i was finished with them. At the same time my wife set an appt for the same basic cleaning services as well. They attempted to charge her over $500 BAIT & SWITCH scam. They also told us she needed 2 Crowns on her 2 front teeth for over $6000. Hmmm that's odd since she had no cavities or pain. We immediately paid them for the consultation and went to another dentist in waco. We sought a 2nd opinion from another local dentist he completed the same exam and X-rays and advised her she did not need any crowns on her 2 front teeth and were perfectly healthy. Fast forward 13 months later this company called me and stated i owed them over $500 from the last visit.I requested a copy of all bills and payments i pd at the time of service. All i received were the bills. No explanation after billing my Ins for everything the plan would pay for and the huge payments i paid at the time of service. BEWARE and get a second opinion from another dentist. They will price gouge you and create a false sense of fear to do dental work that is not needed.
