An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

If I could give zero stars I would, tried making an appointment. Got one scheduled, only to have them cancel an hour before over voicemail. I tried to call back multiple times to reschedule with no avail. Not to mention the staff was less than attentive.

Dentist of vail provided me a safe and fun environment, during my appointments I felt well attended to and the staff were always around to tend to my needs. My dental hygienist Hailey made my long stay at the dentist fly by and would recommend any new patient to her and Dr.Tran.

The best! Staff are great, friendly, and knowledgeable! I needed two crowns and they were able to get me in today on initial visit. Haley, Heather, Emma, and Dr. Tran were extremely friendly and made everything very easy.

I gave them a 1 because there is no 0. Couldn't fix a broken tooth on a denture. Kept my denture for six days and screwed it all up.lt was better before they fixed it.

Worked here for a couple months but had to move because of family issues but I was also a. Patient and the doctors are very nice and considered. And so are the dental assistants. Thank you for all you guys do!

I have always DREADED going to the dentist. In fact I had avoided going for more than 5 years that's how bad my anxiety was. I had never had a decent interaction with dental staff prior to going here. I had always felt judged because I wasn't taking care of my teeth to their standard. They had always lectured me and made me feel like a child for not flossing. THIS STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE DIFFERENT!!!! They were kind. They were understanding. When I told them how anxious I was they went out of their way to laugh and joke with me to make me feel better. When they found issues they simply explained what needed to be done to fix it and what steps I can take to prevent more cavities. No judgment, no lectures. I have already told numerous people about this office because I have never felt more accepted by a health care facility in my entire life!!

We are fairly new to the area and were fortunate to find this practice. Stephen McComas is the dentist that I have been seeing there for the past year. He is friendly, professional and, most important, skilled in his provided care. I grumble a little bit when I have to sit in the chair while he is seeing others, but that is a sign of a growing business BECAUSE of their care; both dentist and the skilled staff. .

Dr. Patel is truly the best. I dont think he could do it without the incredible help of his lead dental assistant Hailey tho. That duo made my experience top notch. I feel like specifically because of Hailey I could spend all day everyday at the dentist just for the fun of it cuz she is so pleasant, and that's saying alot cuz i normally hate the dentist. But Hailey and Dr. Patel can pull my teeth any day!

This dental office, particularly Dr. Patel "treated my cavity" when he actually created a bigger problem and the office would not get me into see the dr for another 10 days. The Dr. did not even call in a prescription when knowing this was likely leading to an infection. When finally seeing Dr. Patel the office then over bills much higher than my insurance tells them that I owe. I then had to see the endodontist who informed me that I barely made it in time to save my teeth from dying. This office is awful and clearly needs more training in how to properly care for patients as well as making patients that Dr. Patel has seen a priority if patient leaves in a worse situation than they were prior to Dr. Patel "treating" them. I would not even give 1 star but the review requires it in order to post.
