An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

I found this practice to be superlative in meeting my needs and expectations. Everyone on staff responds in a professional fashion and goes beyond normal business practices in being attentive and response to the patient's needs. I highly recommend the Dentists of Sterling practice!

Why are you letting the receptionist handle insurance when she provides the client with wrong pricing information... Inaccurate prices on papers for clients to sign agreement but higher prices on her own sheet.

Horrible, not a happy customer. I got a root canal and crown done in 2018, it came off 3 times through the years, and today I was told they needed to extract my tooth, they literally ran down my tooth until it wasn't fit for a crown anymore! To top it off they wouldn't cover the expenses for something they caused!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything they were going to do before doing it. I appreciated meeting with the Benefits Coordinator before deciding what to do--they went over all of the costs ahead of time for almost everything. I do wish I had had the chance to meet with him before getting x-rays, but since they were covered by my insurance plan, that wasn't a huge deal for me, personally. They were very good about not pushing for anything--they gave their recommendations, explained the costs, and then gave me time to think about what I wanted to do before deciding. They were also great with my 18mo son and helped to keep him calm during the x-rays. His cleaning went well and they let him touch the (safe) tools and see what they were. Overall, very satisfied with this dentist.

Literal thieves. I have high option dental insurance with full coverage on cleanings. They tried to charge me $600 for a "deep" cleaning and then tried to charge me $200 for a simple cleaning. In addition they try to upsell you on coming every three months even though virtually no ones insurance covers more than 2 visits a year. I was so insulted, I got up and left.

Everyone I came into contact with was polite and welcoming, and made an effort to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I received thorough guidance on my options and all of my questions were answered. I also appreciate that I never felt pressured to go with the more expensive options for my procedures, and was instead simply presented options and informed of their differences.

Dentist of sterling I will never recommend anyone. It seems as if they don't know what they doing, they just care about the money. I was disappointed with my work done from there, I hard a crown fix and some other work done. Since they claimed that they fix my teeth, I am having a lot of sensitivity in my mouth can't drink anything that is cold or warm. Or chew well.I have been there 4 times to correct this issue. They only care about your money and making there sale. They told me I have 1 year warranty it didn't take 2 weejs,I starts having problems with my teeth, the same day grown I don't reccomend no one to do it with them it's a rip-off. They recommended me to have the grown , but it didn't work for you me.They are telling me to do a root canal surgery which wasn't told to me the first time i did the work on my mouth. Am still going through the pain.

For your dental needs, this is the place for you. Staff is friendly, the check in process is very smooth and the dental team in the back will make sure you feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Nguyen's chair-side manners are top notch. Would recommend this office with hesitation. -a once anxious patient.

A couple of friends recommended me here, the only reason for my 4 start review is because I have only been here once but so far so good, everyone seems very professional, knowledgeable with top of the line products and services. I think is also affordable for the most part. I will be doing my treatment here.

We love coming to our dentist! Dr Marzouk was so kind with my daughter who wants to be a dentist one day as she helped during my cleaning. We both got our cleanings and images in an hour!

They literally bribing clients to leave a google review if you show it to their staff first. That being said, the front office staff is great and the person in charge of x-rays is lovely --- too bad it's a rough interaction after that. If you like your teeth and gums- stay away from this practice.
