Chaynell was amazing and made my very nervous kids comfortable and happy. Very positive experience. Highly recommend! Editing my review to add more feedback. My kids still go to this office for their 6 month check up and cleaning and love it. My oldest is now also being seen here on the orthodontist side and we are equally as happy. Highly recommend.

This is the best dentist office I've been to after trying out multiple offices. Dr. Luong, Sylvia my hygienist and the whole team is extremely thorough and empathetic. They make sure you understand every procedure and feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Luong is so thorough and nice. He could of been condescending to me because I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time and I needed a lot of work but he was kind and we developed a plan that fit my needs and budget. They also make their crowns in house so there isn't a long waiting period to get your permanent crown. Overall this dental office exceeds all expectations I had and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Very disappointed . Made my sixth month appointment six months ago for check up and cleaning. I got X-ray and checkup but no cleaning. Their Hygienist was too busy. They could have rescheduled . Now I'm not sure if my insurance will cover the next appointment

I used to love this place until they got a new dentist and he told me I needed $4,000 worth of work several crowns and reality I only need one filling done for $30. It's a shame because all of the employees there are very nice.

I've been going to this dentist for the last 3 years and they have provided excellent care to my husband and I. They always go the extra mile - their staff is friendly, respectful of our time and the facility is very clean. I had an appointment on my birthday, the staff signed a card and went above and beyond by purchasing a balloon and personal cake. It literally made my entire day that they not only remembered, but that they took that extra step in making me feel special.

Sylvia is my fave hygienist. She's excellent at doing her job always. Dr. Cody is a very exceptional dentist. It's like a home for me when it comes to periodic dental exams and maintenance.

Had ANOTHER great experience with Dr. Cody and his staff, but I must give a special shout-out to Sylvia Jenkins the Dental Hygienist who had my teeth as clean as the grout on her bathroom floor!.. LOL.. that was our joke. But seriously, very professional, thorough and had a personality plus+. So glad I have not only chosen the Dentists of St. Rose, but will continue to go their... great crew!

My first time at this office. Not a pleasant experience for me. I will not be returning. I don't know what the dentist name is because he never introduced himself. I talked with him about my concerns. One being a cavity. He never addressed them. He seemed uninterested and, aloof. He did not examine me. He looked at X-rays and pictures of my teeth and asked the assistant what my previous dentist at another office noted in my file concerning a course of action. Once again, HE DID NOT look in my mouth! Before or after my cleaning. Did not address the cavity. He left after looking at pictures and, never came back. The staff were very pleasant. The hygienist was thorough and informative. The assistant, receptionist was very pleasant.
