Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

They have a really good team here that can help with all your dental issues! I've had a good experience here with Dr. Ardy as he is super attention to detail and patient. They have a crown maker here at the office so you don't have to wait the two weeks for your crown to be made. I just got the work done but my teeth look and feel better. I want to say thank you to whole team!

My first appointment they made me wait over an hour. My second appointment they made me wait over an hour. Why bother with a doctor's office that doesn't appear to value their patient's time? I will NOT be returning.

I was reluctant to post this because they've cost me enough energy already and there are some wonderful people who work there but I don't want anyone else going through needless suffering. I'd been a patient there since 2016, rarely did I have a good experience but kept coming because they accepted my insurance and are pretty close to home. I kept hoping it would get better. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. After two particularly egregious incidents I came to my senses and thankfully, never have to step foot in that place again. I think it's a systemic problem? It's always overbooked, they seem to value profit over patients and most dentists are so rushed they give you whiplash. The one dentist that has a wonderful bedside manner unfortunately cost me thousands of dollars with a misdiagnosis. This is a shame because everyone there seems to be working very hard but due to how the place is run, there's a general disorder and lack of compassion. I don't need my hand held but you'd think when you are having a tooth extraction you'd be allowed to ask questions or receive VITAL post op aftercare instructions. Or a response after calling the office 5xs over two days in fear that your extraction is infected -- but NO. NONE OF THESE THINGS. I guess that's too much to ask because they are all too busy? Turns out my extraction was infected! And I really think it could've been prevented had they given me proper care! Maybe they have burnout? I have empathy for that but not when it puts my health in danger. I don't think anyone who works there would want a patient to feel this way. Please make a change.

I feel at home here. The professionalism, courtesy, smiles, patience and most of all the presentation of EOB. I recommend this office. Don't always believe what you read on YELP, I saw some negative comments but I took a chance. We are here to stay

Dr Daniel Chen is a great dentist! I felt heard and comfortable with him. He has great bedside manners and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed like other dentist can be.

My first visit was thorough and extremely informative. I feel like I learned more about my own oral health and care in one appointment here than I have in 30+ years of going to other dentists. The office is very clean, health/safety conscious and efficiently organized. I would recommend them to anyone!

This review is for the manager Wesley. great communication, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things that I was concerned about. I am definitely scared about going to the dentist in general and always worried about medical bills, so it was great to have any my concerns addressed. I've only been to this office for a check up so don't have a review yet of anything else, but communication with the office and manager was great!

I went for a deep cleaning and I was blown away. At my evaluation, x-rays were taken and my dentist sat down and clearly explained everything he saw. He told me his plan for treatment, then the office manager came in to give me a full breakdown of costs before being extremely accommodating to my busy schedule and fitting me in the next week. With anything health related, I'm usually treated and then mailed a bill with a super scary total on it. Here, there were no surprises and I never felt pressured to do anything I couldn't afford. The transparency that this office operates with should be the standard! The treatment itself was also top notch. I did not react well at first to the numbing injections and started to have a panic attack. Both the dentist and assistant were so kind and patient with me, that I was able to calm down quickly. When they noticed certain areas were more sensitive, they gave me more numbing so I wouldn't have to suffer through it, something my old dentists never cared enough to do. It was over quickly and my teeth were sparkling afterwards! All dental care is pricey, but here, every penny was worth it!

My father came here at on 4/29/22 and had a terrible experience. He had been there before previously and had a good experience but the previous dentist had left. On 4/29/22, he was there to get a regular cleaning. He was there on time, and had to wait approximately 20 minutes to be seen (early in the am too, so why any backlog?) The staff insisted on doing X-rays and insisted on 10 x-rays. They shot two x-rays before my father said to stop since the machine was not working properly as no images were showing up. My father did X-rays just last year here - he was here just for a cleaning and there is no reason to re-do X-rays this frequently. My father then saw Dr. Jessica Lam, the dentist, who was extremely rude to him. Dr. Jessica Lam said that my father did not do the X-rays (which he did) even though the machine produced zero photos. She also stated that without any x-rays, there cannot be any teeth cleaning. She also stated he had to do deep cleaning, not regular cleaning. She told him he had to do deep cleaning and cannot get a regular cleaning, as if the patient has no right to choose. At this time, my father spoke with the office manager, who finally apologized for the broken X-ray machine, but still requested X-Rays, and without it, no service can be provided. This office is completely mismanaged and an insurance fraud ring. They seem to be focused only on billing insurance for the high ticket items, whether or not the patient actually needs or wants the service. My father, who happens to be a medical doctor who treats patients in this same community, was treated not like a patient at all here at this dentist location. This place has no regard for patient care, only dollar bills from insurance. Please avoid this place at all costs if you care about your health, your teeth and customer service.

The communication at this office is terrible I've had an appointment three days in advance and then I get there I waited for 45 minutes . The receptionist said that it was emergency appointment how do you have an emergency appointment when you made appointment days prior to coming in. An emergency appointment I would think if I walked in the same day I had to be seen immediately or the next day that did not happen I have been going to this office before the pandemic I'm not sure whether they change staff or if there's a new owner or what. I had appointment just to look at one tooth I was on time I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes . To see the Dr it took maybe 10 minutes and I have no complaint with the doctor he was very good . After seeing him I was a wait again for someone to come in and talk to me about what was next. No one came to see me I waited finally I had to walk out the room and when they saw me leaving of course they wanted to grab me so to talk to me about coming at another time for the follow up. . Good doctors horrible staff

After my last experience I was not going to go back ever again to this dental office, but I had a broken tooth an appointment to get a cap. So I keep my appointment. I am so gladd I did. Dr Ardy Esakharian was extremely thorough and patient.I cannot say enough about him. He is a dentist that take pride in his profession. I also cannot say enought for his assistant that did the suction was one of the best I have experienced. I am glad I went back and give them a secound chance. I do agree with one of the others that posted about rudeness. If you are in a business that depends on clients to keep the doors open. There is never a reason to be rude. Especially now that we have social media to tell the world.

STAY AWAY. Would give zero stars if possible. Bad communication and over booked, every experience has been rushed. They overcharge. Botched tooth extraction. Find another place.

This clinic should be shut down for malpractice, along with countless others that are too busy pushing bone grafts and implants to offer real advice to patients with serious issues. I thought the whole point of giving specialists in dental care such a high salary was so that they could focus on caring for the wellbeing of their patients. But instead, the bloodsucking vampires at this clinic are only after bigger kickbacks, bonuses, and whatever else they can extract from the system. And their patients. The staff at the front desk prey on the working class by offering them a payment installment plan. So thoughtful! But most of the time they fawn over the wealthy residents of South Pas, catering to their every need as if they were at their own private spa. "Oh you're the perfect candidate for Invisalign! Oh yes we can set up an appointment right away!" This dental office should provide a predetermination for each visit that will incur a cost to the patient. My partner was never provided any predetermination upon request - in fact, they refused to provide one - and was then overcharged more than 900 US dollars for a bridge. He filed a grievance with the insurance company, and won. I suggest you do the same.

Dr. Martin is an incredible dentist! I trust him completely - he will only do dental work that he deems necessary, and he stands by his work and will put his effort and time into making sure that you are comfortable. I came to him several years ago after years of not having seen a dentist because I didn't trust them (or many medical professionals, really). But he has helped me out a lot with my teeth (including a root canal and crown, as well as sensitivity I have with allergies to different materials) and I have also brought my entire family here, including my little ones. As a father of little ones, he is very patient and friendly with children, so I'd recommend him/his office to anyone looking for a family dentist. I've recently moved out of California and am unfortunately not his patient anymore, but I've reached out to him a couple of times for dental advice and he has been beyond responsive and considerate. I feel like this type of service doesn't exist anymore in the medical industry, especially in a big city!

Dr. Daniel Chen is an excellent dentist. He looked at my teeth and gave me very honest commentary on what was going on with my teeth. He told me I grinded my teeth because he saw all my teeth were a little flat. In addition, he said my right side bite was heavier than my left (because I have a baby tooth on my left) which resulted in my filling eroding faster on my right side. He suggested 2 onlays which were more conservative than crowns for my usage case and preventative care. I didn't feel pressured or like he was tricking me (as many people are wary of this at dentist/doctor offices). I told him I'd think about the onlays as they're expensive about $800 each for my insurance. I also asked my other dentist friend about this recommendation and he agreed with what Dr. Chen suggested. The office had a 12 month plan with no interest and other options if you cannot pay in 1 pop. A month later I came in for the onlays. Dr. Chen was super super quick with the operation. They have an in-house mill and 3d scanner where they can make the onlays on the spot. Meaning you don't have to go back in 2 weeks to get them put on which is awesome. The whole process was 1 1/2 hrs and the most painful part was the numbing which was fine. The nurse and he walked me through the whole process and what was happening. I highly recommend Dr. Chen. He has good bedside manner, was quick, professional, knew exactly what he was talking about, and what he was doing.
