An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Our new favorite dentist, hands down! We recently moved to the area, and I was nervous about seeing someone new. Let me say, this is the best dental practice I've EVER been to. All of the staff are so kind, caring, and friendly - they even gave me a blanket to help calm my nerves. Little things like this make such a big difference. Dr. Sanchez is a sweetheart, and she really takes the time to explain everything to you. They are also using the newest technology, which makes everything like appointments, treatments, and payment plans a breeze. All in all, if you're considering choosing them, don't hesitate. You won't regret it!

She was the BEST dentist that has worked in me hands down!! Alex and Sebastian get the A1 service award also!! Price was very fair for someone from out of town. 10 stars are not enough for my experience. Highly recommend....

My first time there. Incredible experience! From beginning with Alex greeting me to Sebastian taking my X-rays and Dr. Saavedra doing the exam. I was not rushed. He was very thorough and I will be going back again to do my procedure. Thank you for putting kindness and care into dentistry!

Hello, I arrived at 11AM and had the pleasure of meeting Stanley and Alex who checked me in and went over my previous appointments. They are.both well mannered and easy to talk to wiith some joking around . Stanley and I briefly went over my discussed my insurance coverage and it wasn't valiiid at their business. So I insisted on see Dr. Alvarez to evaluate my tooth pain. So after sitting in the waiting area for a while Sarah came and greeted me and took me to a examination room where she questioned me about the tooth pain I was having. She said to wait for Dr. Alvarez to come and question me next. Now I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Alvarez. She greeted me with charm and happiness to see me again.She asked how I was doing and that started out a 20 minute explanation of a lot of negative things happening in my life. She sat and listened to all of it in a compassionate manner. So comforting. It was by far better than the hour session I had with the therapist yesterday. After listening to me we discussed my dental problems and decided to have x-rays of them. Sarah came took the x-rays and they showed two cracked teeth next to each other. So Dr. Alvarez looked at them and decided they both needed crowns. Then I needed to check with Stanley about the cost for both crowns. He worked a plan for me to make payments which helped me out substantially. Now the needed repairs were in motion and Dr, Alvarez and Sarah were performing their excellence in dentistry. After removing the cacked portions the next procedure was to create two new teeth and that was Sierra's professional duties. Sbe created to new teeth with precision anx hearing her say prefect was very comforting. Now Dr. Alvarez, Sierra and Sarah were all together preparing the teeth to be permanently glued in place. It went perfectly then the final touch of me closing my mouth to.have any high spots removed. Perfect again. Now it was 6PM and my teeth were repaired perfectly. MY VISIT TO THIS DENTISTRY OFFICE WAS IMPECCABLE DURING MY SEVEN HOURS THERE.

Dentists of South Naples is amazing. I'm very picky when it comes to dentists and this is one smooth running office. Dr Yulissa Alvarez Sanchez is by far the best Dr. I've had and being in my mid 50's, that's saying something. Best by a mile. Bailey Rump was perfection as well. She explained everything to me, each step, how each treatment would be covered under my insurance and what my out of pocket would be. Let's not forget Stenley Bastien. Stenley is the first person who greeted me walking in the front door. He makes everything so easy to deal with and that's appreciated. One perfectly oiled machine from start to finish. I've found my forever Dentist. Thanks so much!

I moved to Naples a year ago, I feel fortunate that my neighbors recommended Dentists of South Naples. My cleaning service in the Spring was exceptional. Today, I had an urgent procedure performed by Dr. Alvarez Sanchez. Over the top friendliness started at the front desk with Stenley. Daphne delivered compassionate care, her expertise was profound and very professional. Overall, an incredibly good experience. This practice has state of the art technology for all dental needs and they truly care about their patients. I felt like I was in good hands. Thank you for your care!! I'll see you soon for my cleaning in the next month!!!!

Hands-down the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. A and her staff here are incredible and honestly you just have to go and see for yourself how real and caring these people are. Rita is the best hygienist the world has ever seen, and Dr. V and Dr. Saavedra are amazing dentists, but also amazing humans. Every one of their assistants are the best, too. Cant wait to go back for real.

I had an awesome experience here! The staff was so friendly and accommodating for my anxiety. I got two fillings and a cleaning done in less than an hour. (PART 2)_ Well back with Ms. Zambrana's cleaning, Since I made a comment about the excessive shots I had the first time- she decided to only apply topical numbing to clean my teeth. She said if it hurts too bad, let her know and she'll give me shots. as she starts, it hurt- but it was do-able. then it hurt a lot more.. I raised my hand and told her id like the shots- She said "okay, no worries" and kept working. . . . . . !? I dealt with it for some more time and I stopped her again explaining it was too painful and she said "Oh ok, no worries, I'm almost done!" and KEPT GOING!! It was such a TERRIBLE experience! I don't know if there was a language barrier issue or if she just got some sort of enjoyment out of my pain. Lastly- my experience with the office staff and assistants. Sierra, Cley Alex and Stenley were all very nice- I had one experience that same day on May 13th with office girl Bailey that was truly appalling and unacceptable. I asked her about the continued scheduling service appointments and if they were really needed every 3 months- She went on about the procedure, what it endures, and how disgusting the inside of my mouth is for "not taking care" of it. (THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I ASKED!) went on a 3 minute rant and ended with "but that isn't a question for me, that's for your periodontist to answer." So you just loudly embarrassed me in front of 4 people in the waiting lobby- made me sound like this disgusting human being- and made me feel terrible that I am here trying to make everything perfect. I've never been so insulted by an individual- I wanted to retaliate but I am not one to make a scene. She must have had something terrible in her life going on to be so rude and unprofessional for absolutely NO REASON. Employees like that is the reason why a facility like this will lose lots of its people like myself. The show of unprofessionalism was way too much and I have no respect for customer service like that. I will never reference this facility for future work to any of my friends or clients. Overall they gain 2 stars because the Dentists themselves (the professionals) were great.

Going to the dentist is something that a number of people dread. That is why finding a good dentist, and overall dental practice is so important. Dentists of South Naples is the ideal office. Everyone is warm and friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and (most importantly) really good at what they do. No lengthy sitting in a waiting room for an hour past an appointment time, no cold receptionist who doesn't care one way or another... just great people doing a great job.
