Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I highly recommend paying Dr. Amiri a visit for any of your dental needs. To provide some context, I moved to the area from NYC about two months ago and needed a teeth cleaning. While out at an event, I actually met Dr. Amiri and when I learned he was a dentist, I scheduled an appointment with him. I was extremely pleased with my experience there and the reason for that was that Dr. Amiri was very honest and straightforward with me. He made an honest and fair assessment of my teeth and I genuinely felt his recommendations were sincere and in my best interest. I had an experience back in NY where I felt a dentist was being very pushy, recommending deep cleanings and buying their specific tooth brush etc. With Dr. Amiri, I didn't feel any of that. You could tell he was just providing feedback based on what he truly felt was best for me. In addition, the staff was attentive and quick to process my paperwork and get me in and out. I'll be going back for my next visit and I'd recommend the same for anyone looking for a quality dentist.

If I could give zero stars I would've gave them nothing. This place doesn't know what they're doing. Rescheduled my root canal on me twice and then they couldn't figure out how to apply my insurance. Find somewhere else to go.

I walked in to schedule an appointment for a cleaning. The lady at front desk was very pleasant. When I got to my appointment they did all types of X-rays and photographs, great no issues. They measured how far my gums have receded, how much bone loss, etc. After all of this hassle and after my insistence that I wanted my cleaning as I was expecting, I was told there may not even be time for a cleaning, despite my prompt arrival for my cleaning appointment. An hour and a half later I was told that I needed a deep cleaning. My cost even though I had insurance was going to be $500. I do understand that they have expenses to cover their state of the art X-ray and photography equipment but $500 for a cleaning on a teacher's salary? I totally get that they think they know better but to not even give a patient the opportunity to chose what type of cleaning they can get or afford? Maybe they need their money but be upfront with information, and let the patient exert their right to choose the type of cleaning they need. They did not offer me a choice of a regular cleaning so I left without any cleaning at all. Horrible and deceiving service.

I am giving two stars because I really like Dr. Hendous and I think he does good work. BUT, I got overcharged on my first visit on 02/17. I had an appointment scheduled for two weeks after and agreed that the credit will be applied towards that appointment and I will receive a refund for the rest. Well, I got billed regardless and in the beginning of April the office manager told me she will take care of it. I get a call from the front desk, who billed me incorrectly, that they will handle it and call me back. I never got a call back. Called the office, stopped by the office, had left notes to request a call back etc. And now I am getting mail from a debt collector, when in fact they owe me $60 since February... Will not come back and don't recommend this dentist office.

Dr. Mukbel is GREAT!!! She is gentle and explains everything as she is doing it. I have a HUGE phobia of the dentist and she helped me understand and remain calm. I am very pleased with my experience. My boyfriend also had a visit with another Dr. Who also explained very well and made sure he was comfortable with what needed to get done.

My appointment was scheduled for 5pm today, arrived promptly at 4:50 because i was a new patient so i figured i needed to do paperwork. I was then told my appointment was 5:30, okay no problem (even though i had emails confirming it was at 5 and text alert saying 5pm), waited in the waiting room while people who had later appointments were going in and out no problem. finally 6pm rolls around and im let in where a doctor(dont remember his name nor doni want to) asks me all the questions where i answer them, then i was greeted by the amazing xray tech, young guy, really nice, x rays took about not even 10-15 minutes, then waited in a room for 30 minutes to get my gums stabbed when all inwas innthere for was a cleaning, but i left after i was topd i had to pay $200 before even getting my teeth cleaned. in total I wasted 2 hours of my life at the worst dentist i have ever been to.

The only reason i give 2 stars is because the actual dentist And assistant was nice. I went in and And the office manager was condescending. It was my first time there and she said I should trust the doctors office which I Always try to go in with a positive outlook but telling me to trust some thing while making me sign documents that she's not even showing me from the get go to see is sketchy. The assistant was nice and sheDid her very best to work with me. Then I saw the dentist and she was nice enough. But then I sat in a room for half an hour with absolutely no one coming in to tell me anything. Eventually I got up and left... on the way out The nice dentist told me that the girl could let me know the information and I was too frustrated at that point so the girl at the front desk told me that she would call me back on Monday. That was about two months ago and I still haven't gotten a call. I've never had such a negative experience at a dental office and I'm not a fan I'm going to dentist to begin with

Can't say thank you enough to Dentist of Royal Palm Beach. From start to finish they take care of. I received a service from Rene, she made sure I was ok from beginning all the way to the end. Now I'm smiling from ear to ear with what seems like new teeth! Can't wait to go see my dentist twice a year!

I went here 6 months ago and was told that I had a cavity in my bottom right molar based on x-rays. (my dentist previously saw no such thing) I had no pain or any indication of a cavity but let Dr, Hendous fill the tooth anyway. My tooth hasn't been the same since. I now have pain and very high sensitivity in that area. I have been back and Dr. Hendous refilled it and it is now worse. I should have went with my gut and left my tooth alone not to mention they attempted to over charge on services that were covered by our insurance. My husband also had a filling done by him and is now having the same issue. Run.

I am now becoming a regular here at the Lake Barcroft office. In fact I love coming here. Dr Albers makes my experience the best ever. The staff here are very welcoming your very first day and haven't changed. I've hated the dentist for years but I'm always relaxed and ease when I come here. One visit at a time my teeth are getting better and better. I'm so grateful for the work that I've gotten done here so far
