I absolutely recommend Dentists of Riverstone. Thanks to Dr Andy Cao and the receptionist staff. They are very warm and friendly. They all are awesome!!! I appreciate the way Dr. Andy spend so much time to explain the problem and treatment details to me. Overall I had a great experience. I am definitely going to continue going to them. My first visit and it was awesome! Honest and high quality dental care. Dr Cao takes his time and doesn't treat you like a number like so many dental offices here in Sugarland/ Missouri city.

From the moment I walked and greeted by Taylor Ngyen, it was a outstanding experience! Taylor took excellent care of me while making sure all the patients in the office were comfortable and amused. Dr. Le has an outstanding bedside manor. Very professional and also very straight forward all the while making you feel confident in your situation. We had an Emergency for our Grandson and my daughter found this Awesome Dentist Dr. Andy Cao and his Staff Taylor assistant and Quana B.C. and Everyone else who names I didn't get was Absolutely Wonderful and Amazing. The whole team was awesome! I had to take my two little kids and it ended up I had more dental work than originally anticipated. All the staff were great with explaining everything to me, were gentle with the procedures, and even helped keep my kids entertained and happy!

I asked for regular cleaning, they said my teeth need deep cleaning. They said if they give me regular cleaning they will lose their license. This is lying and scamming. They should lose their license

UPDATE: Dr. Cao worked really hard to fix below issues and it is very apparent he is passionate and cares for his patients. Thank you for your help! No joke, I spent over $3000 on dental work I didn't even need only to have them mess up a crown, offer to fix it for free AND then (get this!) - the below happens when I show up for my appt to fix the MISTAKE they made: 1) "The call center moved your appt to next week. They would only do this if they spoke to you or someone on your behalf." IF THIS ISN'T THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I HAVE HEARD, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS? 2) There were no missed calls or anything from the alleged call center AND I proceeded to show 10 text messages and emails confirming my appt for today. No apologies or admittance that their system for bookings is messed up. Just own up to it and don't make your clients feel like they are the ones in the wrong. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE HAS ANY ACCOUNTABILITY OR TRAINING TO FIX ISSUES. 3) If your patient books an appt in your clinic, saves it to their phone - WHY ON EARTH would your call center move it without permission?

The WORST Dentist place I ever visited. This was few months back, I visited Dr. Anusha Joseph and she said I needed 'deep cleaning' after x-ray etc. I told her I need to take care of kids will get it done later but for now just do the basic cleaning. She is like "No its not fair you MUST get it done. It will cost only $800 (don't remember exact amount)". She basically got very mad because I said no to deep cleaning. They DON't EVEN DESERVE one star, but I am giving one because Google won't let me post this.. I am sure they will reply to this comment saying we never treated you etc etc. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Do not go here... unless you want to be overcharged. I paid with my flex money and was overcharged (per my insurance). I have called and left messages with the billing coordinator 3 times. No one calls back. The place seemed to have the bells and whistles. Well they do at a premium that's above the costs so even flex accounts will not pay for it. I should've trusted the bad review I read before going. I thought maybe that one bad customer review was a fluke. Nope, that bad review was on point. Still waiting on a call back for my "overpayment"...

Dentist is ok but can't say the same about the front/billing staff. Overcharged on a service which was confirmed by the EOB (didn't seem like they verified any insurance or else they would have known what to charge initially). Anyway, tried to get refund and left messages with the staff with no response. Will be finding a new office. The capability of the office staff is just as important to me as the care I receive as I don't have time to keep calling for admin stuff.
