The office staff here is horribly incompetent. Make an appointment a month in advance, and 24 hours before they say they don't accept insurance. Was spoken to and treated rudely. Found another dentist that's professional.

I've only been going to this office for a couple of months. Generally speaking, my experiences have been pretty good. However, today was so bad that I felt the need to leave a review. I had a concern and I wanted to do the adult, responsible thing and get it checked out by a professional. The whole time, I felt like a burden and a waste of time, especially to the young lady who took me back to the room. I apologized profusely for the appointment, claiming that I really just wanted to be safe and get my mouth checked. She rolled her eyes and said. "Honestly, I don't even want to be here today. I don't think I should be here today." This is one reason why people have anxiety about going to the dentist/doctor when they have concerns. They don't want to be treated like they are stupid, a burden, or a waste of time. Please take this comment as an opportunity to grow and train your staff on how to communicate with their patients. Kindness goes a long way.

DR Nguyen is the man...I came into the office with max anxiety..he took every step to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. my biggest fear is implants and he was able to place 2 in 1 day ..when I left I had a huge smile...something I didn't think was possible when leaving a dentist A+++

The entire team at Dentists of Ocoee are Amazing especially the surgical team Melissa , Logan , Ryan and Dr Elmore . I was terrified to have 6 teeth extracted and I was put at ease thru the entire process. They did an exceptional job. My husband and I are so blessed to have chosen our Dentists of Ocoee. Great patient care by staff and dentists. Dr. Elmore and Dr. Nguyen are very professional. Make sure you check with your insurance if services can be done same day or different days to be covered. Billing staff are helpful and proactive to help you. I recommend their service.

What a joke This place acts professional buts really doesn't care about you they only care about money. I was lied to and mislead the entire time which was for two week going there for different appointments and just to get basically told to leave. That really hurts because I was excited about getting my teeth fixed. THE MANAGER JUST LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER. I wouldn't waste my time going here because they will definitely waste your time and money just to get no results and you will have to find another dentist to go to. This is frustrating.

If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal insurance and FEP Bluedental they will not accept it here. Even though they will tell you they do. They will refuse to run it the way the insurance company want it run. I even had the insurance company call them and they still refused. You will waste your time.

BEWARE!!! I beg you not to go to this dentist. It's extremely clear they're stealing money from patents, especially those who may not be checking or don't question their billing practices. They give you a price with their "financial advisor" that supposedly shows the cost with your insurance. Once I received my claim from my insurance stating what my charges should have been I found I was overcharged $370. I called, even went into the office to show and explain to them they owed me money. They continued to deny they charged wrong after multiple calls with them and my insurance company. After not letting it go they finally did refund me, but not without gaslighting me still trying to claim they didn't charge me wrong and acting as if they were being "so kind" by charging me what I was supposed to be charged. I feel horrible for all the patients they probably stole money from who used insurance for a crown here by them trying to say they can charge above the contracted rate because it's "cerec" crowns. Please just stay away from this dentist. There are honest and reputable dentists in the area. Also ones who run an office with staff whom are much more professional. It's unfortunate I ended up here after having tooth pain and not being able to get to my regular dentist who is amazing. Don't let the good reviews here fool you like they fooled me.
