I hadn't been to the dentist in 26 years. Yes, you heard that right, the last time I went to the dentist was during the Clinton Administration. So needless to say I was blown away by all of the technology in this office. Some of the coolest things I've ever seen including a 3-D printer, and 3-D images of my teeth. One of my favorite things about this office is how clean and sanitary it was, and how nice the staff was. Everything went well, and they didn't judge me at all. I was so scared to visit the dentist, and I realized that there really isn't anything to be afraid of. So if you haven't been to the dentist in a while, I would suggest going here to calm your nerves. I appreciate the visit and peace of mind...

I Visited this office in December, The staff was very helpful and efficient. I went in for a quick checkup and cleaning, but found I needed two crowns. They were able to schedule me for the next week and were able to install two crowns in one day, since they make their own on site by printing them with a 3D printer specifically for this task. The office staff were very good and had all my insurance applied to my charges and a reasonable payment plan for my balance. I recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

I want to point out that the negative reviews here are quoting doctors that aren't even in this office. The primary doctor here is Dr. Huong and Dr. Crawford. I went through three different dentist offices to get three different opinions and this office was by far the best. Not only are the doctors professional and very skilled but the front office staff is extremely competent and willing to work with you, Christina is the best hands down! They have the best prices of any office in Melbourne. I have had work done within the week and can confirm the legitimacy of this practice. You'll love it here. Guaranteed.

I went there for some work and got great care. The dental assistant Crystal went out of her way to be sure I was well informed and comfortable before and after my procedure. The front office was great help with billing and insurance, very informed. Great service and great price. Very pleased at the results.

I always read reviews before I go somewhere, but always choose to make my own judgements. And I'm so glad I did! I needed to get a quick appointment before my new job starts next week so I found that I could make an appointment online with Dr. Hoang and it offered a few choices. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was so impressed with the state of the art equipment and efficiency and cleanliness. Dr. Hoang and his assistant was caring and thorough. They didn't try to sell me anything and there were no surprise charges. The doctor checked to see if I would be able to get a hygiene appointment while I was there for my doctor appointment. This is my new dental office! I made my 6 month appointment and was in and out in an hour. This is a very caring, professional and efficient office and team of medical professionals!

Went in for the $59.00 cleaning, 2 hours of trying to talk me into $8300.00 worth of work, when I refused they dropped me as a client, never got the cleaning because they wasted so much time it was time to close, I went to another dentist right down the road total bill $430.00, just so you know before you decide to go. If you have a similar experience I will encourage you to write a review. Good Luck with this office.

Yes I read the negative reviews before visiting this business. I can tell you that they were correct. A very unethical business. As one reviewer stated, overbilling and procedures not necessary was the name of their game. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt several times but finally I had to move on to a better dentist.

Save yourself the frustration! My take on this office is it's a corporate office with little regard for individuals and alternative treatments. Where is the money in that? They go for the Hollywood treatment plan with no thought to alternatives. I asked three different times to have my x-rays sent for a second opinion with no luck. I finally had to hand carry copies of x-ray print outs. An excellent example of passive aggressive behavior.

This would be five stars if I was just rating the DR and the hygienist. They are amazing!!! The office staff on the other hand very unprofessional, over billing, do not return phone calls, way over priced on some procedures. For example i was quoted 14k for 3 implants. I paid 8k right down the road from them. I think they work on commission. I have called and asked repeatedly to speak to corporate or an owner. I'm left on hold for hours. If this Dr ever opens her own practice I will follow. Besides that I'm done.

My family and I have received a 5 star treatment; from the moment I contacted the office to make an appointment to the moment we walked out, we felt cared for by true professionals. On top of that they have financing options that other offices I have been to have never offered. They are willing to work with you to make sure you are taken care of.

Dr. Kleiman is a great dentist, she saw me for an emergency appointment. She was very gentle when getting me numb for my dental treatment. She kept me at ease throughout the entire procedure. I would recommend her to everyone.
