Staff is pleasant, however the dentist that cleaned my teeth left all the blood and plack in my mouth and didnt rinse it out or offer me any water to rinse at all. He walked away and said his assistant would polish my teeth. NOT OK

I had an amazing experience with Dentist Of Lodi. Dr. Pratik Makadia was amazing, he was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable, he diagnosed my problem right away, which I was grateful for, explained everything to me, and made sure I had a follow up appointment before I left the office. The staff was friendly and courteous, especially Araceli who made time to listen to me on a very busy day, and took care of what I needed. I am pleased to highly recommend Dentist Of Lodi, the service was amazing.

BEWARE!!!! Do not go here!!! This place scams you out of your money for all this extensive work that needs to be done!! Definitely get a second opinion before getting anything done!! Dr. Chu is the absolute worst. He told me all my bottom teeth need to be crowned because they had fractures. He said my fillings were too deep. He also said that my existing crown needed to be replaced because it had a cavity growing under it. That's impossible. It's not a living tooth, cavity's can't go on something that's not alive. I kept telling him there's no way I'm getting a new crown. It's out of the picture. He wants to catch attitude? Okay I can bite back too. He also kept complaining to me that I could of just swiped toothpaste all over my teeth and that's a dentist in a bottle. When I was there they were charging this old lady about 6k in dental work costs. My entire dental work bill was about 3k almost 4k. I got a second opinion and went to gentle care dental. My new dentist told me I didn't have a cavity growing under my existing crown. I paid about 988 for 2 crowns at my new dentist.

Beware! I went to Dentists of Lodi for 3 years. They told me I had 12 cavities which seemed odd because I had recently had my old dentist in a different state treat 1 and say I was good. I paid to have half done then and would save to pay for the others. I switched dentists during that wait. My new dentist said I had ZERO cavities. DENTISTS OF LODI WANTED ME TO PAY FOR MORE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM. They seem friendly but they aren't always telling the truth.

Had a great experience in this office, they are very caring and knowledgeable. The office manger Araceli was sympathetic to our financial needs and provided a couple of payment options. They took really good care of my husband who went in with an excruciating toothache. The office as a whole is customer oriented.

Love this place! I had to have emergency dental work done in January and I was about to transition from an HMO into a PPO through my husbands' work and I needed to be seen, like STAT. I transferred my primary Dentist into DOL and they got me in immediately for xrays and DR Ali took out the infection and immediately scheduled me with their RCT specialist. Generally it was a smooth transition from the HMO into the PPO.. AND Dentists of Lodi allows a PAYMENT PLAN which I've never been able to do before... The administrators and assistants are kind and caring for their nervous patients like me and they do their best to explain the process. Happy to be a client here and I hate having to go to the dentist. Lately have been working with Dr Pratik and he's very kind and has great chair-side manners.

I'll never go back to this office after my last visit. Last week, I went in for a routine check up. I walked in, there was another person on their phone so I walked up to the desk to check-in. The woman behind the desk rudly said no and said she was helping someone else. I sat down and waited for the man to finish his phone call. He asked the woman questions about his bill and during the conversation she was rude to him too. Because he was frustrated with understanding his bill she said, "having a bad day are we?" When she finished assisting him, I waited another 5 minutes before walking up to the desk again and asked if she could check me in. She said no. There was another woman who just walked in to start her shift who helped me. Once the doctor came in and asked how I was, I shared my experience with him. He apologized. After my checkup I needed to get checked out and set up my next appointment. He promised it wouldn't be the woman who was so rude to me. Next thing I know, guess who walks in? The rude woman! I promptly asked for the doctor and all she did was stare at me. Like intimidating stare for complaining about her. I repeatedly asked for the doctor and she didn't move at all. I felt very uncomfortable and got up to leave. Only then, did she leave and the office manager came in who apologized. I tried to stay and make my follow-up appointments but I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to go home. None of their apologies felt genuine nor did they care about how they made their patient feel. I waited a week before writing this review. No one from the office has called to follow-up about this incident. They just ignored it. I called my dental insurance to find a new dental office. No way I will go back and Subject myself to this staff and their intimidation.

Horrible customer service, I waited 30 minutes after my appointment for xRays, another 30 minutes for the dentist for a couple minutes of constant and another 30 minutes for billing to come in. I was fed up, walked into the waiting room because the dentist left me lying in a chair with the light right on my face for 30 minutes only to see him and billing showing him how to do something on his cell phone. I told them to F off and walked out, what a waste.

Nice environment! The ladies up front are welcoming and attentive, which is always nice. My hygienist Sabrina Luque was AWESOME to say the least! She answered any questions I had, gave great recommendations, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Looking forward to my next visit.

Everyone in this office was so kind and compassionate. The staff was helpful in all aspects of my visit. I went here with very painful problems caused by another local dentist. They got me in within a few hours of my call. I left encouraged that I had finally found help. I definitely recommend this office!

I have found that Dr David Niel is very thorough. I had dental work performed and at every step my comfort was considered. The day after Dr Neil even call me to find out if I was having any discomfort and assured me that if anything was needed he would help immediately. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.

EDIT: I was taken in on a cancellation the same week of my canceled appointment. The Dr was so kind, the manager came in and talked to me and apologized. I am going to give them another chance. LITERALLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! After being with this office since they opened I finally have had enough. It never fails, ever six months I do a cleaning and the week of my appoint I get canceled. I schedule months in advance as I'm in the military and need my cleanings as medical readiness. Every six months I get a call to reschedule my appointment. I have multiple voicemails as proof. It's so unfortunate that we have a point to where we have to go somewhere else. Overall the staff is nice and they are a good office. Today my husband got the call which went to voicemail because he was at work. It's Friday night now and we're just now hearing the voicemail to cancel my appointment on Monday at 0800. They did not call me to try to reschedule, just my husband and now it's 8pm and we had both took the day off to go to the dentist Monday morning. Highly recommend you take your business somewhere else where your time will truly be valued!

This place does not value patients time. On several occasions this office has rescheduled our appointments. My wife and I are both in the service so we do cleanings every six months. Every single appointment we have had for a cleaning has been rescheduled. Today Friday October 15th they called me to reschedule both mine and my wife's appointment for Monday October 18th. I was at work so I didn't get the voicemail until late. My wife and I both take time off work and schedule our appointments together to be able to have child care in order. Today was the last straw. We can no longer continue to schedule our appointments out months in advance just to be rescheduled every time. Please if you're reading these reviews and value your time choose another dentist office. I'm trying to save you time and money we wasted in this office!

I have been trying to schedule an appointment since May and they have been giving me the run around I have a serious tooth condition that needs attention and they understand the urgency but they cannot seem to get their job in order to schedule an appointment or even give me a call back. I don't not recommend because their professionalism is not up to par.
