Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I had a fantastic experience with Dentists of Irvine Dental Group. The entire staff was professional, kind and friendly. They were very thorough and explained very well what was going on. I completed my cleaning today and I'm looking forward to my root canal tomorrow, then tooth whitening in the future ;) I highly recommend Dentists of Irvine Dental Group !!

Dr. Scott is absolutely amazing. I could not recommend him any higher. He takes the time to discuss all your options and is very attentive to your needs. If you're looking for a down to earth, kind, and caring dentist, Dr. Scott is your guy! The office ladies are always kind and welcoming as well. The office is super clean and always on time.

BEWARE SCAMMERS! I booked cleaning, and when I showed up they insisted on x-rays and exam so they can upsell me on treatments. When I refused the xray (not the exam), they refused the cleaning. I wouldn't trust these shopping mall dentists to take out the trash.

Best Dental clinic I've been to and the Doctors are amazing! They're super kind and attentive and gave me the care I needed. If you're in Irvine or Orange County I highly recommend them!

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews. I have major anxiety going to the dentist but finally came here after some time of not going to the dentist. The staff was unprofessional and rude. Dr Scott was super condescending about a few cavities I had and made me feel very uncomfortable and overwhelmed. They tried to get me to pay over $130 for unnecessarily treatments my insurance wouldn't cover. When I denied paying because I can't afford right now I was ignored and rushed out with my cleaning barely finished. I will never be going back here. Stay away.

I'm an Invisalign and dental implant patient at Dentists of Irvine. They are AWESOME! I have been a patient of Dr. Scott for several years. I've been very satisfied with his level of care and attention to detail. Prior to starting my Invisalign treatment, I had been told I needed a few crowns done, but Dr Scott was able to perform onlay's which saved a lot of tooth and helped me save cost. The best part was he was able to make them in-office so I didn't need make multiple trips. Normally, I have a lot of anxiety prior to the dentist, however the staff is down to earth and made me feel comfortable. Overall, an excellent office that is modern and new with all the latest technology. Will be back!

Great office, clean and technologically advanced. Both doctors and staff are helpful. Dr. Scott is knowledgable, caring and responsive. Staff (Kaitlyn) resolved all my questions and billing issues within minutes. The onsite surgeon is very skilled, responsible and informed me of the risks involved in my wisdom teeth surgery. The office also accommodated my requests on the surgery schedule. They give out information leaflets customized to patients with instructions on care and billing. The online portal makes the check in, monitoring status and billing easy too. I would go to this office again for future dental issues.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I've never been so happy to go to my dentist. I started coming to this office a little over 6 months ago and have had nothing but positive experiences with routine visits and wisdom teeth removal. Everyone is so kind, personable and professional. Special shoutout to Dr. Qureshi; you are amazing!! Another shoutout to the receptionists. Y'all are always so kind and it is very appreciated. 100000/10 would recommend to anybody looking for a dentist!! :))

Premise: I usually hate going to the dentist but who does! I came to this location for an emergency dental procedure and the team made me feel extremely comfortable. The procedure was quick, easy, and efficient. This location ended up being my primary dental care office and I've multiple procedures to nurse my mouth back to health. Kaitlyn (office manager) is transparent with all my payment and what I'm getting charged for. Dr. Scott was through with his examinations and procedures. Last but not least , Lauren (office assistant) is always flexible with my schedule and does a fantastic job following up with my appointments. All in all, highly recommend this location and glad they had changed my mindset of going to the dentist. Thank you team at Dentist of Irvine.

I've been going to see Dr.Scott at Dentist of Irvine for about 3 years now. Since I have been going to this dental practice my dental hygiene and dental health has increased significantly. Dr.Scott genuinely cares about his patients, and will even call them post-op just to see how they are doing. The staff is always friendly and I always feel like I am in good hands when I have my checkups and appointments.

I'll make this short and sweet. This is the first dentist I've ever been to that denied giving me a 6-month routine cleaning because I refused to pay big money for the upgraded deep cleaning services and laser treatments that the dentist recommended. I made an appointment for a routine 6-month cleaning and they refused to do their job because I wouldn't pay extra. If that doesn't tell you how they view their patients I don't know what does.

Everyone are super nice. They treat you like family. The whole staff will help you with any question or concerns. The whole place is clean. I was very anxious about going back to the dentist since it had been so long, Dentist of Irvine made my fears go away.

Agreed with the all 1 star reviews here all they care about the money not patients as a first time customer came by there for appointment just want to do some regular dental cleaning and xrays which by the way supposed to be free but end up paying over $200 this place is ripped off,tried to ask questions and the answers was bouncing around staff ( don't know their name) and off course the lovely Emaan I believe that's her name none of them gave the answers I was looking for, the longest time that I've ever stayed at dental office (2 and half hours)

I went there with severe toothache, but they were not concerned about my pain. They didn't prescribed any medication. They will add additional bill over insurance and force you to do unnecessary treatment. They are not willing to do basic dental treatment. They work for only making money and not to care about patients.

Been going to this dental office for almost a year now, wanted to give it some time before writing a review. After seeing Dr. Scott for a year, I can safely say he is the best dentist I've ever had. I had my Invisalign done by him and got the results I was after. Other dentists were trying to talk me into doing several veneers! Dr Scott did a digital model of my Invisalign outcomes and I was sold. I didn't have to have my teeth shaved down at all, and still got a straight smile. He is through and I'm always in and out of there. Everyone from the front to back is extremely friendly and personable. I've referred my coworkers and friends and will always be back!

My experience with Dr. Qureshi goes beyond any expectations I had prior to my appointment. She was so personable and honest. Her transparency, warmth and lack of judgement allowed me to not only feel comfortable but excited to see her and the team again! Her and the rest of the staff were kind hearted and easy to talk to. They were all very professional and I can promise you that you will feel apart of their family with one interaction.
