Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

DO NOT GO HERE! The chubby, eye fluttering office manager just flirted with me in attempt to take all the money she could. The doctor was quick and rude as well. Spent 5 minutes with me then sent chubby in with a $2000 cleaning! Second opinion showed no gum disease. Happy I got a second opinion. Don't let the chubby win!

Great service from all staff. Edna S. is a friendly and knowledgeable dental hygienist that I couldn't recommend more.

This is by far the worst dentist office I have ever heard of. This office is for profit at any cost. I would never get work done here without getting a second opinion. I hope this reviews stops somebody from making the same mistake I made. Don't let these people touch your teeth

This was a fantastic experience! Raelynn at the front desk is super nice and very helpful, and Edna was my dental hygienist and made what could have easily been a very unpleasant experience fun instead. So glad I found Dentists of Greenwood!

I haven't even made it in, and my appointment has been rescheduled over the phone, which is not a problem. Then I got a text message that my appointment was cancelled the week of my appointment. Who cancels appointments nowadays without talking to your patients on the phone? I responded to this general text mailbox and asked if my appointment was cancelled (just to confirm). They said yes it was cancelled because they need my insurance info to verify. Otherwise I would get a cash rate -- which to me, why did you not call me or ask for it then? At this point, I asked them to simply cancel. If you had questions about my insurance, that would prompt a call, not a cancellation and then a text response. The client service is lacking here.

Absolutely horrific experience. If you want to waste your time on a front desk receptionist who doesn't know how to properly schedule or an appointment or be robbed of all your money even with insurance for their ridiculous overpriced services - this is the place for you!!

Another great visit! Dr Edna Solomon always takes care of me and has been super helpful. This place has been perfect for my cleanings and even saved me once with a same-day when I had an old filling come out. I recommend!

The office is very clean and efficient. There was no wait time. In fact, I was early to me appointment and was taken right in for my cleaning. The staff and dentists are very friendly. I was surprised to have the dentist do the actual cleaning, as that has not happened at other dental offices. Also, all the equipment used appears very state of the art! I'm impressed!

Too many inconveniences with scheduling, systems being down, and rude desk staff. Molded me for a night guard and never gave it to me. Where did it go? Why are my appointments always cancelled or rescheduled?! Why are we being rude to patients? I'll go somewhere else!

Staff and doctors are very friendly. The doctor asked several questions and communicated throughout the cleaning. Fast check in and check out.

I originally went to Dentists of Littleton and I was told that they would be able to do a Crown for me. I went back in and got a different dentist. They couldn't match the color, so I went to a lab to get the color matched better. Went back in to Dentists of Littleton and I had a different dentist again. He couldn't match the color. So I went to a dentist at Dentists of Greenwood and I wanted Nicole, the Business Manager to work with my insurance and she was horrible at communicating the final payment. I have dental insurance, so I wanted to use my insurance! She flat out refused to work with me. She was so rude and very unprofessional. I was told one thing at Dentists of Littleton and another thing at Dentists of Greenwood. I just wanted consistency and better communication!!

I had used their sister office and had good experiences so I thought I would give this office a try for my crazy tooth issues. Lo and behold I was greeted by Bianca who was so happy to see me. She is such a caring person. She introduced me to her manager Nicole who was also very kind and helpful. The entire back staff was amazing and now I will just have to go in between the two offices. They are both awesome. I highly recommend if you need dental help use one of these offices.

Big No, No, No, for this place. (Negative 5 stars) This place is a Sneaky robbers office. I moved from another state, I made an appointment with this place based on the closest dentist list that was provided by my Insurance company. I always had very good dental health, and I always visited my dentist on time every 5-6 months. Not even 6 months a go my previous dentist had told me that I don't have any issue on my teeth or gums. When I visited this place Dentists of Greenwood, they told me I have gum disease. I am not a dentist but at least I know (from multiple years of dental visits) there are no problems with my teeth or gums when I reviewed the x-rays. When I asked the doctor to show me the x-ray pictures she refused to show me those pictures, and she kept saying I have dental diseases, then immediately opened the monitor and show me the price, they asked me to pay over $1250 out of pocket for cleaning my teeth. When I asked them to do the regular cleaning that my insurance covers, they refused to do the regular cleaning, they kept pushing me to sign the agreement with over $1250 for to clean my teeth. When I first came in, they were so kind and treated me with respect, until I told them I couldn't afford $1250 for the treatment, after this they quickly turned very unprofessional and rude towards me. I changed my dentist, and I am so happy with my new dentist, my current dentist told me that I don't have any cavity or any symptoms that shows Gum diseases.

Great service, communication and work. From the start to the finish, this was a great experience! My 2.5 year old and I had cleanings and services with the same level of care and attention to needs

Agree that Edna is the best and what kept me coming back for my cleanings. Dr Hao , not my cup of tea and I'm probably not hers either. Her abrupt , non empathetic approach not appreciated from my end. Its important to find a good fit and though I miss Edna it was best to move on with a new dentist. My recommendation for Dr Hao ( if she cares) visiting a dentist can be traumatic for most and a less judgmental attitude goes a long way.
