Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

By far one of the best experiences I ever had! The team is great Amber went above and beyond to find me a specialty doctor, that takes ahcccs for my brother. I can't believe how easy she made it, I decided to make an appt for myself. Dr.McDougal was so nice and made the treatment I needed seem so simple. The assistant helping, Erica was so nice and made the x-rays very effortless, not my favorite part, but did not mind it at all! Vanessa the hygienist was friendly and thorough on explaining what kind of cleaning I needed. Checking out was just as easy with Celeste! You really have a great team here! Thank you for making it a great experience! I will recommend everyone I know here!

Best dentist office I've been to in a long time the girls upfront were friendly and made the check in process very easy thank you Amber and Celeste! Dr.McDougal is very thorough and really listens to what you want and need. Ariel, his assistant, was very gentle with my X-rays and made me comfortable during my visit!

I needed a new dentist and am glad I made this choice. The staff is very attentive and I highly recommend this location. Dr. Mcdougal explains everything and gives great advice. My hygienist and her assistant Ariel always make my cleanings a breeze. Amber at the front desk has been super accommodating with my schedule. Very happy with all the work I have had completed here. I love going to the dentist! I was referred here by a friend. I walked in and was greeted right away! They walked me through the new patient process and I was checked-in in no time! Dr. McDougal greeted me as we went into a room to chat about my dental history. I was then taken into the X-ray room, so much technology I've never experienced before in a dental office! I was impressed. After I went to another room and Dr. McDougal came in and we looked at my X-rays and discussed what was going to happen in this appointment. He checked me teeth and we discussed options. Sarah came in discussed the fees and options. Then Vanessa came in to do my actual cleaning. I felt great when leaving and that they really took in my needs and what's best for me! I will definitely recommend to others.

I'm so glad I change dentist and my kids dentists. Both Dr. McDougal and Vanessa, RDH are very welcoming and definitely know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. The ladies up front were very friendly and got me booked and updated my insurance so quickly. Overall, I'm happy my kids are happy with their service

This place is great. The office is very clean & the staff is super friendly and Dr. McDougal is probably the best Dr I've had hands down. Explained every single thing in detail as to what was going on and made me feel very comfortable. I guess dentist aren't so scary after all:) Highly recommend this place!!

I had such a great experience! Such a welcoming team, from the receptionist, Sydney (she was so helpful) to the dentist. They were very thorough, he answered every single question and then some! I will be getting my dental work here from now on.

The staff was extremely friendly! They were welcoming and efficient! I brought my 1 year old son to see Dr. Andersen for his first dentist visit! She and her staff were so helpful! They took the time to really explain to me what was going to happen before she started his exam. She then took the time to explain everything she noticed and gave me her recommendations. She more than once checked with me to see if I had any questions or needed further explanation on anything! She gave me time to ask questions and let me know next action steps! I am so pleased with my experience! Being a first time mom I was anxious bringing my son in, but honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much for being so helpful, kind, and patient!
