I've never been a fan of the dentist and have avoided it for years but everyone at Dentists of Central Park were amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All the staff I encounter from the front desk, to the dental assistants to Dr. Graves, were so kind, welcoming and reassuring. Dr. Graves was one of the best dentists I've ever had. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions in a calm way. She also seemed like an incredible mentor to the dental assistants (Jas was amazing - very fun and knowledgeable). I will definitely be back and recommend Dr. Graves and Dentists at Central Park to my friends.

Hygienists and Dentists are great, but the management of patient appointments is absolutely atrocious. Cancelled appointments without notice is really a poor customer experience.

I am pregnant so I went for my yearly clean up. They did not do a cleaning only poked my gums. I walked out with no cleaning nor x-rays. Next thing I know they charge my insurance over $600 plus I have a $300 bill. They claimed I got xray and a deep cleaning. When in fact I got no xray due to my pregnancy and I did not get a cleaning because they wanted to do one not covered under my insurance. I wanted to go get a cleaning with another location and now I can't because of this claim they falsely made to my insurance. My insurance has tried to contact them over 2 weeks and they are not responding. If you went here double check what they are claiming to your insurance.

Most importantly, Dr. Chu listens. Does a very good job of coaching you thru a procedure. X-ray tech was thorough and courteous, as was the whole staff.

This was our first time back since Covid and the changes were made to no longer have the pediatric side. I was still pleased with the service and the availability to get all of my kiddos in at the same time. The staff is friendly, and the hygienist and dentist were amazing at making the kiddos feel comfortable, and also educating them in a way that made them feel good after their visit.

I drove from Wisconsin to Denver for a month long stay and my first stop had to be Dentists of Central Park because I was in a lot of pain. This office got me in immediately with Steven at the front desk assuring me every step of the way. Within a week I had a temporary crown, a root canal and a permanent crown. WITHIN A WEEK. Drs. Chu and Nguyen were gentle, caring, and above all efficient using state of the art technology. Thank you. I feel very fortunate to have found Dentists Of Central Park.

This was my first visit to this dentist office. It was so easy to make an appointment & sent reminders. From the time you entered Steven is so friendly. Also the my assistant Liz & my dentist, Dr. Chu all so caring & explained everything from the results of the x-rays, to what I needed. Plus you are given out of pocket costs before anything is done that your plan may not cover.So no hidden surprises.

Can't honestly say if they're any good at their jobs, they are horrible at scheduling though. Don't be fooled by the hours they have listed online, those are lies. They scheduled me for an appointment and then let me know 4 days before hand that, "oh nevermind, we aren't even open on the day we booked your appointment on, lol". Yeah, great let me just waste another of my limited sick days to book another appointment. And what? Keep my fingers crossed that they actually went through the trouble checking when their actual hours of operation are? Seems like this should be the first thing they learn as employees. Seems kind of weird that they are even able to book appointments when the office isn't open though, so apparently they just do things a little different here.
