Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

It was my first time at a dentist and I was very nervous, but Milik and Dr. John made me feel a lot better by explaining everything to me and giving me support during the procedures. Wonderful place!

Dr Han and Dania are the most compassionate people I have received care from. I have a medical condition that effects my dental health. I called before-hand to make sure that Dr. Han was educated, aware and prepared for seeing me. She called me personally and discussed it before my appointment, making me feel confident in her before I even came in. While they were both doing the dental work, they were kind, compassionate, checked in with me, and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I cannot thank them enough for the care they gave. It is hard to find anywhere. I cannot suggest them enough.

Everyone from is front desk check in to the check out at the end was totally professional and extremely helpful. Dania, Malik, Dr. Han and the receptionist are all amazing!

I couldn't be more happy with my visit and the work I had done. The office staff was professional, courteous, and handled me with care. Dr. Han is an expert at her craft. I had to have a broken crown (done at another dentistry) replaced. She explained everything from start to finish and was thorough, efficient, and did my crown replacement with precision. Honestly, it's better than the original. I wasn't left sore or in pain, and the procedure felt minimally invasive. I am also in braces and the orthodontic practice raved about how good the crown looked. Although this practice is out of the area, it was worth the drive. I highly recommend!

Went there to establish myself as a new patient and to check it out before setting things up for my husband and kids. I am currently being treated with Invisalign by a doctor that I had before moving to the area. I literally just had X-rays and scans from my orthodontist the DAY BEFORE. They would not accept them to be sent saying they have to do their own. (I know this is not true) The doctor comes in to tell me how important it is to have a "deeper cleaning" (before even looking in my mouth) not to worry because it only needs to be done every 2-3 years. I tell her I had it done the year before almost to the day from my previous dentist before the move she becomes irritated... she steps out and tells me someone else will be in to explain the treatment plan to me. At this time I say I just really need to get back to work (it's been an hour all they have done is X-rays) I don't need the full pony show just tell me how much more $$$ other then my insurance I will need. I was there for an hour for them to only show me what the $2000+ cost in treatment was needed. That lucky my insurance covers all but $168 worth but I would have to wait 45 for the hygienist to "get to me" (it was just after 12:00 at this time I'm sure the hygienist had left for lunch. There were no other patients in the office.... ) I say that I can't wait the 45 minutes and will not be coming back later that day because I'm going back to work. But I prefer to not do the deeper cleaning and just do the traditional cleaning at this point. I received a follow up call from them saying the doctor will not do a traditional cleaning it has to be the deeper one. But if cost is an issue they have payment plans they can offer. I have already called my insurance company they have let me know this is called (refusal of care) and is requesting a full investigation. Lucky for me they left a voicemail saying they are not willing to provide only basic treatment. There is something about the dentist in the Buford area, they are all more interested in selling you treatment plans outside of the insurance that you already pay for. I've struggled as an adult to right the neglect I received as a child it has been a positive upward process, if I was a different person this experience would have be running away from dental work all together. Dentist of Buford should be ashamed of themselves they are more focused on profit not patients.

Dr. Han came highly recommended and pleasantly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Han was very professional and knowledgeable, thorough with her examination and time. Additionally, the office as a whole communicated well and seemed to be in sync with each other. Will definitely recommend to others

Dr. Stephin John is very caring, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He provided me an excellent root canal treatment without any pain at all. The whole team is very professional and courteous from front desk till end of treatment . I would strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to do dental treatment in this area. I am a medical professional and I experienced their professionalism in all they do.

Had a good first appointment experience but everything downhill after that. Was scheduled for second appointment which was cancelled on the day of because the hygienist was out on vacation (not out sick or emergency) and was not provided a new appointment date on the same call. Was promised a call back with a new appointment and 3 months later still waiting. Online schedule is only open for new patients and same scheduler does not show any appointments for returning patients. They only want to get the maximum out of your insurance on first visit and that is it. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Best place I have ever been. I had multiple dentists trying to scam me with "deep cleanning" procedures this year but people here are PROFESSIONALS. From the front desk to the doctors, everybody made my day better and didn't waste my time. It's amazing how a dentist appointment can improve your day when done by such efficient and friendly people. The equipment seems new, everyone's demeanor is friendly and professional, the place is clean and neat. I don't like writing reviews, but that was the easiest 5 star in my life. Well deserved. Now I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

7/22: Meghan (or however she spells it) said their doc is out until Aug 19 so I can't even come in to be seen for the initial visit until after then. Couldn't even give a estimate on what a root canal cost vs a tooth pulled. Have to do the initial visit then get a treatment plan and only after that can I get pricing. My insurance only covered "up to" my other root canal so I need to know to plan since it is out of pocket. 2* due to lack of information and not even giving any options. Didn't even offer to book me for an initial visit. Changed to 5* since I had a call back and a completely different experience. Terrina was awesome. The Endo is who is not back to their office until Aug 19 (rotates offices). Terrina scheduled me for a general consult (my words) and starting this process out as they can do that and see what all needs to be done vs waiting for the Endo to be back in their office. If another "specialist" can do something that is needed and not the Endo there is no reason to wait. Thank you Terrina for calling and giving more explanation and information!

I got a root canal done incorrectly here. I contacted the office to give them feedback and let them know that their doctor had not done my root canal correctly in 2020, and I am having to get it relooked at and possibly redone. They offered to make me an appointment, but I just wanted to provide the Office Manager feedback. She proceeded to talk to me with the rudest, condescending voice when I knew it wasn't her fault; I was disappointed. She says, very LOUDLY, "Well, Ms.Howard, what do you want me to do about it? I am not going to remove the last bit of money you owe us" All I wanted was for her to listen that I was not satisfied. The last $300 on the HUGE amount I originally owed on the account was not the issue; I don't expect them to remove that because I already agreed to pay it. The problem was I trusted your doctor, and now I have to pay AGAIN for their mistake.

Dr.Han and the all the staff were amazing! They answered all of my questions and actually cared. I was so nervous when I arrived but Dr.Han took good care of me and felt no pain. Which I was most scared of. Totally recommend her.
