As the owner of the practice, Dr. Nordone looks forward to welcoming you to Dentistry With A Difference. Dr. Nordone graduated from Emory University School of Dentistry where he received his D.D.S. degree in 1986. Dr. Nordone has been in practice in his current Dunwoody location since 1987.
Dr. Nordone is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society, Hinman Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He served as Chairman of several committees in these organizations and sat on the Executive Council of the Northern District Dental Society for 3 years. His postgraduate education has included completion of all six continuums at the Pankey Institute in Florida. Dr. Nordone is a graduate of the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. This institute provides rigorous postgraduate training in advanced cosmetic techniques.
Dr. Nordone is married with 4 children. He enjoys time with his family and participating in his childrens activities. He and his wife, Daphne, are very active in their church and vigorously support several charitable organizations.

Dentistry With A Difference is the right name for this office. I loved my previous dentist, but I moved too far away. So a colleague recommended Dr. Nordone. Let me just say, if you fear going to the dentist, you can stop now and put that aside. First off, the staff are very nice, they and Dr. Nordone quickly put you at ease. There are three things I would say are a priority with Dr. Nordone in ensuring you have restore and keep a healthy smile: your comfort (I mean, soft tissue injections don't hurt at all! Inside the bridge, no dentist has figured out how to make that painless, lol), your involvement in the process (he explains what's going on with your mouth and what he is doing and what to expect, pre-procedure, real time, and post procedure), and saving teeth. How many times have we heard that last one? But with this office, I can attest that it is not just another cute cliche. This dentist is truly Dr. Build-A-Tooth. The teeth he has literally rebuilt/will rebuild from the gum (one case, below the gum) up, nerve in tact, are teeth that would have been pulled by other dentists. I'm glad I left their chairs. Like I said, I loved my previous dentist, but I'm not sure he can do what Dr. Nordone did with broken off teeth. I know for a fact he could not do this work even 3 years ago. He was talking about an implant where this dentist is talking about restoration. I wish I'd known and come to Dr. Nordone 7 years ago. Oh, and they fit you for and create your caps onsite using computer imaging and not a disgusting mold. Mine were a perfect fit with no need for real adjustments. And they are the most beautiful I've ever gotten. There, now I've taken away your excuse for not going to the dentist. Don't wait before they can't help your situation.

Love this office! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nordone has such expertise in any procedure he does. His staff is efficient as well. Couldn't ask for a better Denistry office.

What other doctors do, He does it better. Dr. Nordone is great. I got a crown today and my experience there was unlike any other dental appointments I've had my whole life. Very professional, precise and beautiful work. His assistant was a nice lady that was with me during my appointment and she was a very caring person. They have it in the name,they're really different, different in a better way.

Updated Review from September 9, 2022 appointment: Still the absolute BEST in every way after 16 years!!! It's not just a dentist office for me but a family! My teeth are struggling with the aftermath of all my chronic illnesses that wear down my enamel but DWD continues to go above and beyond to help and ensure my smile stays on my face and that is huge for me! A lot of people don't like to be too open about it but a smile can be one of the first things that people notice and with bad teeth, it can bring embarrassment and low self-esteem. But THERE IS HOPE!! Please trust that not all is lost. Take the first step and give DWD a chance to help! I can't express enough how much every single person at DWD means to me but I will keep trying to spread the word. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dr. Nordone with Dentistry With A Difference forever changed my life in 2006 and I've been a proud, loyal customer since. The entire staff have always made me feel so welcome and it shows how much they truly care about all their patients. Can't say enough about the wonderful experience (two crowns and a cavity filling in 3 hours) at Dentistry with a Difference. Dr. Nordone, with 30+ years of experience (must have started when he was 10), was the ultimate professional. Discussing what was going to happen, telling me what was happening, and being sure I was comfortable and pain free! Looks like I've found a Dentist for life! Second visit ..better than the first. Wow!! Third visit...wonderful experience from the 2021 voted best Dentist of Perimeter area. I agree whole-heartedly!!!! Third verse same as the first!!! Love this Dentistry! They care and really make a difference in your SMILE! GREAT FEELING TO GET YOUR TEETH CLEANED!!
