Appointment was smooth and painless. Staff was very friendly and didn't just treat me like a job. If I wasn't moving states I'd definitely be there for a while.

This was my first time ever going to Dentistry Plus. Before my appointment, I received constant reminders about the date and time of my appointment plus other information - this was super helpful. Their location is nearby town and easy to find! The office is very clean, bright, and organized. The staff are amazing! I didn't catch her name but one of the front desk employees worked diligently to find the correct insurance information for me which I really appreciated since I wasn't sure about the name of dental insurance company my workplace used. I was worried but she came through at the end! My dental hygienist, Gil, was super welcoming and kind! He explained the process, information on my x-rays, and other tasks clearly and politely! Plus, it was so much fun to talk to him about shared interests!! I will 100% be going back to Dentistry Plus for all my dental needs and will be recommending it to anyone who needs a new dentist in Lexington. Customer service is SUPER important and this team went above and beyond while making sure my teeth were taken care of throughly!

Felt robbed to say the least. Went in for a broken molar . Paid $230 when I was initially told on the phone it's $99. All I did was get a quick X-ray, antibiotic and a REFERRAL to go somewhere else to get my tooth extracted. Ended up going to uk urgent care where students were able to extract it in 20 min instead of this place. Also while in pain I kept being asked if I'd like to get scheduled a cleaning lol. 1 Please people go to UK urgent dental for emergencies.

Entire staff was great from the front desk to the Dr. Dental hygienist Gil was awesome to work with and made the process very easy. Highly recommend.

Great and friendly staff members! Very punctual you never have to wait for a long time, to go back to the room and get your cleaning or teeth work done!!

You need to go here, dont argue with me on this. The staff was short staffed but very friendly and informative. They walked me through everything and joked around. I have tourettes and they were very accommodating

Wonderful experience, very neat and cool 3D teeth machine that shows you your teeth, I felt individualized care. I was asked what would I like to change about my teeth/smile to make it better. 10/10 recommend
