Dr. Saad Salahuddin attended Baqai Dental School, University of Karachi , Pakistan and met his wife, Reem, who is an Orthodontist. They moved to the United Kingdom for 5 years where he completed the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency and then Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, in Oral Medicine and Oral Surgery.
He had been in private practice in the Financial District of San Francisco since 2005 at Embarcadero Dentistry and was featured in The San Francisco magazine as one of the Top 10 Health care providers in San Francsico Bay Area.
Dr Salahuddin has taught Local Anesthesia to Dental and Medical Residents in England and received and award at an International Dental Conference for presenting on Oral Submucus Fibrosis a Precancerous Oral condition.He has been trained in Dental Implants from one of the Countrys top Implant Institute In Florida, PIKOS Implant Institute, Tampa Florida.(www.pikosinstitute.com)He is also trained in LASERs, Hospital Dentistry, Bone Grafting and Oro Facial Trauma.He has been in the dental field for more than 15 years practicing and sharing his philosophy of providing the highest quality oral health care. He practices a full range of General and Cosmetic Dentistry with an emphasis on Oral & Periodontal Surgery including Dental Implants. He also has special training is treating patients with Temporo-Mandibular Joint Disorders (TMD) & Snoring Problems
Dr. Reem Salahuddin moved from San Francisco to The Woodlands in April 2009. Dr. Salahuddin attended the Baqai Dental College at the University of Karachi, Pakistan where she earned her dental degree as a Valedictorian. She was awarded three gold medals including 'Graduate of the Year' and honors in all subjects. She then worked as an Associate dentist in Pakistan before completing her primary F.D.S.R.C.S. fellowship in Basic Medical Sciences at the Royal College of Surgeons in London, England in 1998.
Dr. Salahuddin worked as a Research Scholar for two years with the Cranio-Facial Genetics, Cleft Lip & Palate Prevention Program at the Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific, San Francisco, California In 2005
Dr. Salahuddin appeared as a guest on a Medical Talk show on an international TV channel where she talked about raising public awareness of preventive measures for problems leading to malocclusion. She also had the opportunity to talk about cleft lip and palate prevention and treatment. In 2007, as part of a team of doctors, Dr. Salahuddin participated as the Orthodontist in the Rotaplast Medical Misin trip to El Salvador, assisting in surgeries and making appliances for almost 200 children with developmental abnormalities, primarily cleft lip and palate anomalies.
She received her Masters Specialty degree in Orthodontics in September 2008. Among her numerous academic and professional achievements is the prestigious Sheldon Baumrind Excellence in Research Award that was presented to her for her Masters thesis presentation on 'TGFB3 polymorphism associated with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate (NSCL/P)'. She has presented at National and International Dental Conferences. Dr. Salahuddin keeps herself informed of the latest developments in the dental profession and is a member of various organizations including the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics and California Dental Association & Rotaplast.

I'd been bringing my kids here for years and I just had an exam and cleaning myself after a really long time. The whole experience from the moment I enter has always been relaxed and efficient. Dr. Salahuddin and his staff are really friendly, trustworthy and competent. Now, my kids who are on their own, make their own appointments and continue their care with Dr. Salahuddin more regularly than I did!

Just got my cleaning and a crown done. Everyone was awesome! Versus caring of my fears. Liz was so gentle when Cleaning my teeth. Dr. saad and Liz were amazing with my care in getting my first 1done. Numbing was great. That's always the worst and I felt nothing. I recommend Them to everyone

My kids, husband and I are patients of Dr. Saad Salahuddin and I can say that my children are calm and not afraid to go to the dentist to have their recall and checks. Dr. Saad is very perfectionist and does not pressure patients to make treatments they do not need. He's honest and works very well. The office is always clean plus that the staff is very friendly, both, the front and the dental assistants. We felt calm and cared for. Confidence in the dentist and feeling comfortable in the dental chair are one of the most important things for us in the dental treatment. Fully recommended, definitely.

I highly recommend Dr. Saad and his amazing staff. I completely disagree with the person that says that Dr. Saad is disrespectful to anyone, including his staff. He was so kind, not only to me, but I noticed that he always said thank you and please to his staff.. His work was absolutely top notch and I could not have asked for a better outcome to save my tooth that III dentist said would be too difficult to fix!

The doctors are extremely professional and amazing with their patients. My kids feel so comfortable with them even though they were anxious before going. They were able to put them at ease. Overall staff is also very nice and accommodating.

We have been seeing Dr. Saad for all our dental need, for the past 5 years and are more than satisfied. He's exceptional at his profession. He handles his patients responsibly with attentiveness and care. My daughter needed braces earlier this year. She started going to Dr. Reem. Needless to say, her teeth look awesome and her smile is the prettiest it's ever been.

I recently moved here to Texas.. I found the best dental office here at The Woodlands. We found the best of both worlds here. General Dentistry and an Orthodontist under one roof. Wonderful husband and wife team with amazing staff that take cares all our dental needs. My Children and I highly recommend this office.
