I am the newest clinical and front desk assistant at Dentistry Optimized. I am passionate about dentistry and dental care. Not only do I love my job, I enjoy seeing our patients receive the proper care and treatment. Its amazing getting to know our patients and seeing them walk out with the same smile I have when I go home. I was born in Somalia but grew up in Minnesota and now reside in Lakeville. I have a great husband and three wonderful young children. In my spare time, I love to cook and nurture my family. I also love to try a variety of food and traveling.
My name is Tee. Ive worked at Dentistry Optimized for two years as Dr. Coates office manager and financial coordinator. What I love about my job is helping patients with their needs and making sure they have a great experience from the moment they walk in the door. I also enjoy working with our staff in accomplishing big goals for our clinic. Dr. Coates is great to work for and is inspiring, as hes very focused on making sure our patients feel important and get the care they need. In my free time, I am keeping busy with my son, friends and family. I love to workout, read and check out new restaurants.
I have been a dental hygienist for 21 years. I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, but my favorite is clinical hygiene because I can help my patients reach their treatments goals and build lasting relationships. I live in Lake Elmo with my husband, Jeff, and puppy, Frankie. I have two adult children, Tanner and Korbyn, and one grandson, Auggie. In my spare time, I like to travel and spend time with my family.
I work at Dentistry Optimized as a clinical dental assistant. What I really enjoy about my job is being able to establish a good relationship with our lovely patients and making sure they have a great experience during their visits. I also enjoy working along with my coworkers, who I consider my second family. We are a great team. Working for Dr. Coates is great, as hes not only a great boss and good friend, but he also makes sure our patients get the proper care they need in a comfortable setting. In my free time, I love being outdoors, hiking, and exploring new parks, lakes and buildings. All that fun stuff!
