The doctor is very professional and to the point. I've gotten very efficient cleanings as well. No complaints with either. However, this afternoon when I went in for a cleaning a person with a desk in the reception area was having a very loud argument with who seemed to be a patient over the phone. It was very heated and as a person with PTSD, left me shaken. I've been rattled since it happened. Honestly it worries me that it could be me on the other end of that kind of treatment in the future. The folks in the front have been kind to me. I feel conflicted even writing this here. Since I've had to deal with emotional fallout from this I think if only fair for me to leave feedback on this experience.

I've been a patient for a few years and have had a good experience with Dr. David and other staff members. I have found the hygienist, Shari, to be a bit passive aggressive in the past but she gets the job done. After leaving a message to let the office know I was running late for my cleaning, and making it to the front desk ONE minute past the grace period, the office manager, Brandy, told me I needed to reschedule. I'm 7 months pregnant, experiencing morning sickness all over again and hit every red light on my way to the appointment. I've been waiting 5 months for this cleaning since they had no previous availability even for returning patients. I shared my concerns about pushing back my appointment with Brandy, being that it's not recommended for pregnant women to lay on their backs for extended periods due to nerve compression that decreases blood flow to the baby (something that gets worse as the baby gets bigger), and she was unwilling to overlook the single minute and allow my cleaning to proceed. As a business owner myself, I know how late clients can impact a day but I always do my best to see the human aspect of things and consider each situation individually. I agree that policies have a place but I was disappointed that the office seemed to run with no room for patient consideration, which I never picked up on before. It took a lot of effort to get to the appointment, I've been a patient for years with no pervious tardiness nor excessive rescheduling, I'm generally considerate and kind and hoped they would be the same. I'm returning for an appointment with a new hygienist in a few weeks. If it doesn't go well, I'll put the effort into changing my insurance and finding a new office. Disappointing.

Only thing good about the place is the front desk the people are very nice. I got cavities filled here and that was 2 weeks ago and im still unable to bite anything due to sensitivity ive went in 4 different times and nothing has been done but it has gotten worse. The dental work here is horrible and i do not recommend this place at all.

Had a horrible experience with Dr. David first off he aint very friendly. I went in for two simple fillings to where he was having a very difficult time with one where he has to redo it three times he leaves the room frustrated ends up finishing and didn't feel right. Unable to floss the floss would brake ending going in a week later where he files it down and says everything is better it's still not right he lied just to get me out of there. I am a hour away from Santa Fe to be going and nothing get resolved. See another dentist there that smells of cigarettes and tells me I need to have it redone. Still having gotten it down because I'm trying to find a better dentist that cares for their patients and isn't rying to rush through procedures and leave you messed up. All of my fillings stayed sensitive for months advice from another dentist is that isn't supposed to happen this dentist isn't cleaning the cavities out right . Beware!! I'

Dentistry on St. Michael's is the best dentists office I have ever visited. The team is genuinely friendly, always in great communication about appointments and ensure a comfortable experience in the chair. Like many people I experience anxiety before a dental procedure and am immediately put at ease upon entering the waiting room. I really can't rave about them enough and am grateful I found Dentistry on St. Michaels

I've been a patient of the practice for years! Just recently visited the new location and started to see the new full time Dentist.. The Doctor is a nice and patient person. The dental assistants are friendly and welcoming. The front office is nice and ran smoothly!

I experienced caring and quality dentistry at my appointment recently. As a new patient I had to wait months until my dental cleaning however Anna was able to "find" me an appointment in spite of my impatience. The dental hygienist was also extremely friendly and gave me an excellent cleaning. I feel so fortunate to find these folks at Dentistry on St.Michael's!

HUGE DISAPOINTMENT!. My family were patients of this office when it was a previous name. We moved to San Diego. We have finally returned back to Santa Fe and a family member told me you moved locations and had a name change. I decided to call and make an appt for my wife and I. A male employee answered the phone.(I didn't get his name). What a RUDE AND CONDESCENDING PERSON!! He is such a huge roadblock for patients trying to get an appointment. Sadly, we will not be returning as patients. He is a huge liability and has anger management issues.

I took my mother in for an appointment on 12/31/2021. I wish we would have known about this office a long time ago. The staff is so wonderful and their customer service is stellar. My mother was in pain and the assistant made sure treatment was done on her that day despite being short-staffed. The assistants were kind and and comforted her during her visit. Dr. David has a very nice chair-side manner. If I had to gripe about something it would be he male employee at the front desk. While my mother was in a treatment room, I waited patiently for her. During this time this male employee spent most of his time on personal calls while patients were waiting in the front reception. Very unprofessional. It is so unfortunate to see someone with poor work ethics. When my mother was getting checked out, we waited at the front counter and this same employee was texting on his cell-phone literally in front of us. This office deserves 5 stars with the exception of this unmotivated employee. Overall, I highly recommend this office. I plan on becoming a patient soon.

I have to tell you that the staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, very informative as well as patient with all my questions and concerns. Dr. Chiartio is very tender with his touch, as well as very kind and comforting.I would and will recommend Dr. Chiartio to my family, friends and anyone else. I recently came in for dental treatment and I had the most comfortable experience. Dr. David is wonderful. I enjoyed meeting and interacting with Lisa and felt my future treatment was explained thoroughly. I had a another assistant bring me a warm blanket and a pillow. I love this office and I will highly recommend it to all my family and friends! Thank you!

No one loves the dentist... or if you do I feel like you're kind of insane. I've always hated going to the dentist. Will literally put it off until I can't anymore. But the dentist and the techs were all so super nice. I honestly wonder how they can be so nice, having to deal with people and their mouths. But I have to give these guys props. All super personable and professional. awesome crew.

Had a root canal here the other day, it was completely painless! I actually almost fell asleep lol. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. 10/10
