Dr. Maryam Douraghy received her dental degree from the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She then continued to Harvard Dental/Medical School to complete her General Practice Residency. Dr. Douraghy is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the worlds most recognized advanced cosmetic dentistry organization. She has dedicated numerous hours to attending conventions and seminars to bring the most advanced techniques to her practice.
Dr. Douraghy practices dentistry with elegance and grace to create an extraordinary patient experience. She brings out the smile in every one of her patients by helping them become the best version of themselves. Dr. Ramin Mehregan graduated in 1992 from Boston Universitys School of Graduate Dentistry. Today, with over 25 years of experience and continuing education, he is one of the most sought after premiere TMD (temporomandibular dysfunction) dentists in the world. He is dedicated to achieving the best, healthiest, and proper physiological occlusion for his patients, who have traveled as far as Asia and Europe to seek treatment.
Under the mentorship of some of the leading specialists in the nation such as Drs. Clayton Chan, Jay Gerber, and Mariano Rocabado, Dr. Mehregan has actively participated in extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD), physiologic occlusion, advanced orthodontics, craniocervical, and craniomandibular pathophysiology. Over the years, he has written numerous articles for news agencies on the treatment of TMJD and was interviewed by the local ABC television network, Healthbeat, on this matter. In 2018, he was honored by receiving the 2018 Top Dentists in orthodontics from Boston Magazine. His never-ending educational journey continues everyday.
As a recognized collaborator on numerous TMJ patient forums and an expert TMJ clinician, he provides many patients, both nationally and internationally, a lasting transformation from their lifelong battle with TMJD. In addition to his passion for dentistry he has a deep passion for gourmet cooking and playing the guitar. As a self-taught chef who lives by the quote: Wine, good food, family & friends, he unwinds by creating inspiring dishes for his family and friends, which is congruent with his creative and intuitive solutions evident in his dentistry. Other hobbies of his include skiing in the winter and riding his Harley with his wife in the summer.
After attending Bristol Community college, Cheryl Gagne received an Associates degree in dental hygiene and an Associates degree in medical laboratory science. Cheryl values the opportunities she has in our practice to expand her knowledge and develop strong relationships with patients and co-workers. She enjoys walking, her womens Bible study, and spending time with her family, including her husband, four daughters, one son, and 10 grandchildren.
As a certified dental assistant, Donna Connor provides expert care to our patients. Because she is a licensed massage therapist and certified reflexologist, she is able to make sure our patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their time with us. Donna belongs to several professional organizations to support her work in these areas.

There are several types of clear and barely visible options to choose. One operates similarly to traditional metal braces where we place a bracket onto each tooth and thread a wire between the brackets. The difference is that instead of being made out of metal, the brackets for clear braces consists of a tooth-colored resin that blends in with the natural tooth. The wire is also tooth-colored so that the braces themselves are almost invisible and difficult to see. We find that this solution works well for teens and adults that are able to practice proper dental hygiene with the clear braces. Otherwise, food can stain the brackets.
