I am amazed on how we have built so many great relationships with our patientssinceI openedDentistry on 116 during the summer of 2007.Ifeel it is because ofour belief in open communication with our patients in order to give them the best possible care. I understand that going to the dentist may be difficult for some people and will take the time to listen to your concerns. I feel lucky to be in the dental profession because I am able to meet so many people and help them with their dental health. I love making a difference in a person's life by not only helping them achieve a beautiful, healthy smile, but also by helping them be a part of a happy dental family.

Continuing education allows me to keep up with latest advances in dentistry. I believe in always learning and evolving in my profession. Whether it involves straightening teeth with invisible braces, restoring a fearful patient's smile under oral sedation, or educating patients about how periodontal disease is related to heart health, continuing education allows me to offer the best dental care to my patients.

My husband, Patrick, and I grew up in Munster, Indiana and met in high school. We live in Carmel with our two young sons and daughter, Bruce, Luke, and Ruby, who make us laugh every day. We have a silly golden retriever named Bryzzo.We are close with our families and enjoy spending time with family and friends. We love going out to restaurants, watching movies, and going to music concerts.We are avidChicago sports fans. We root for the Cubs, Blackhawks, Bulls, and Bears. I can name the 1985 Super Bowl Champion Chicago Bears players by their jersey number and I love Michael Jordan and Kris Bryant.

Hi I'm Alana and I am excited to have joined the Dentistry on 116 team in January of 2015. Besides the friendly, upbeat environment of the office, my favorite part of working for Dr. Heltonis all the latest technology we have to help treat and educate our patients. Not only can we take x-rays and different kinds of photos of our patients' teeth, but we can then put all of those up on the TV screen for them to see as well! This helps us monitor changing areas in the mouth, explain the necessity for treatment and even show before and after photos. In 2009, I am a proud mom of myyoung son, Colton andwelive on Indy's southwest side with our Great Dane, Sadie, and Dachshund, Zoe. In my free time I enjoy gardening, hiking and baking.

Hello, I am Brianna. I am a dental hygienist and am extremely happy and blessed to be working for Dentistry on 116. I originally joined the team in 2010, moved to Florida a few times and back home in the Midwest for good. Dr. Helton and our team strives everyday to provide the BEST dental care anyone can ask for! My favorite thing about being able to come to work everyday is helping people of all ages feel comfortable and confident with their smiles and dental health. I truly love this practice and the family that comes along with it. We work as a team, have a state of the art facility, and go above and beyond the norm to provide a smile walking out of the door. Outside of the practice, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, working out, and experiencing new things in downtown Indianapolis. My husband, Seth, and I have three dogs: Bailey, Bella, and Molly.

My name is Liz and I joined the practice in March 2019.I started assisting as a student in 1999 and then I attended Indiana University School of Dentistry for dental assisting.I love to chat with my patients and learn about them, this helps me to do my best work by keeping them relaxed. My favorite part about my career is being able to change fearful patients into relaxed and calm patients.My husband, Nick and I have two kids, Jordan and Brayton, who make me whole. They keep me happily busy with sports and extracurricular activities. I love to spend time traveling and exploring with my family. I grow a garden every year and love cooking out of it and learning new recipes for preserving the fruit and veggies.

I reside with my boyfriend Gareth and our 2 children, Dalton and Lydia. We have 2 puppers, Kingsley, a golden retriever and Hank, a lab mix. We enjoy being active and workout regularly. We also enjoy all things food related,from cooking at home to trying new restaurants. I have a green thumb and loveworking in the yard, designing flower beds and researching new plants.

Hi! My name is Stephanie and I have been a part of the Dentistry on 116 family since September 2019. As your dental hygienist, I want to know how you're feeling and WHY! Are you uncomfortable? Let's chat about and I will do everything in my power to make you comfortable. Are you having a hard day? I'm here to listen! Are you frustrated with your dental health? I'd love to come up with a game plan, along with Dr Helton, to make you happy and confident about your smile. Patients are my priority, and dentally related or not, you as my patient as a whole, matters to me. My favorite part of the job is meeting our amazing patients and learning all about them and their families. The relationships formed are very special to me and keep me looking forward to my time with our patients. I also love to educate my younger patients on their oral health and how to effectively take care of their mouths so they have lifelong health and a beautiful smile they want to show off all the time. Dr Helton is great!! She's a wonderful dentist and does awesome dental work, but even better is she's such a happy and positive person to be around! It's so contagious and everyone feels her passion for her job and the office. I've been married to my husband, Mark for 11 years. We have 3 beautiful boys, Max, 9, Cam, 5, and Ty, 2. We also have 3 dogs, Rex, Nike and Oreo, and a cat, Sprinkles! It's a busy, loud house! I love to stay active working out, running, or biking with my family. The older boys play sports so you can probably find us court side most weekends! When we aren't on the go you can find me out reading by the pool.
