Good service. Not as friendly and warm an atmosphere as Dr Glover and his staff were but they do a good job. My dental hygienist has a fairly gentle hand and good bedside manner. Dr Carter is very business like and matter of fact. I'm sure he is very busy and needs to keep a quick pace. All and all a good visit and I would recommend them.

The office staff, and dental assistant were very nice. The dentist was very professional, and knowledgeable, and gave excellent advice!

I have has 2 visits and have had a very good experience both times. The staff is pleasant and the hygienist is easy to understand and is informative

Dr. Carter and his staff deliver professional care with kindness. I have been a patient there for more than 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Dentistry of Sugar Hill

Well I have been on my journey since about April and still no bottom. When they came in I new that they wrong. Finally he did it again and I'm still waiting. Dr Carter is wonderful and Staff but waiting this long is insane. I recommend Dr Carter to a dear friend and they are running into the same problems as me And he's not happy either.If it's the lab then maybe it's time to find a new lab. This is awful

They do an amazing job, they never rip you off. They are so honest about what your dental needs are and are not just trying to make a profit. I have been going to them since I was 8 years old and now I am 41 years old. It is the only dentist place that I trust. I drive an hour to get there just because they are so honest and do such a great job.--Heidi Beck--

I'm a fairly new patient but have been very impressed with the level of service, organization, and overall treatment. The ladies upfront are extremely helpful and accommodating, and the doctors have been just as wonderful.

I have been coming to dentistry of Sugarhill for many years, ever since my mom brought me here as a teenager and made me a patient. I'm now in my thirties and I live 2 hours away, but I make the drive every few months for my routine cleanings because the experience I receive here is always consistent, and always great. Despite that, I really don't know anyone here by name. I've always been terrible with names. I come in, I get my cleaning, I talk to the doctor briefly, I get my toothbrush and my floss and my miniature toothpaste and I go home. It's easy, it's thorough, it's simple, it's reliable. This time however, I've got some health concerns and wanted to ask my dentist about it. When I talked to my general care physician, I was really written off and told I should see a specialist, but that was it. But today, everyone at Sugarhill dentistry showed compassion and concern and extreme care. My technician was thorough with her examination and cleaning, the doctor listened to my concerns and offered me advice, and referred me to see a specialist immediately, and the woman at the counter, Jennifer, must have called at least 6 offices demanding that I be seen as soon as possible. Jennifer really went out of her way to make sure I could get an appointment somewhere, she really fought for me, honestly past the point where I would have personally given up. Jennifer really made an impression on me today and I don't think I will be forgetting her name anytime soon. It felt so good having a group of healthcare professionals actually treat me like a person and a patient and not just a name on a list, because that hasn't been my typical experience with any healthcare professional. This little dentist office is just a small practice on the backside of a building, but it truly is a special place with people who actually care for their patients. I feel very valued and heard, and because of that I will still continue making the two hour commute to have any dental work done by this team. If you want to go to a dentist where you feel genuinely cared for, and treated as more than just a walking dollar sign, I highly recommend Dentistry of Sugarhill. They have not disappointed me once in over a decade, and I'm sure they won't disappoint you either.

I chipped my front tooth and did not know what I was going to do I went to my dentist North Atlanta family dentistry they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix my tooth I walked into this place dentistry of sugar Hill not knowing anything or anyone by far the most amazing experience I've ever had at a dentist Dr Jay the doctor or dentist I should say was amazing do not miss this place go here for sure and not to mention the price was half of what North Atlanta family dentistry wanted to charge me that's right half and they took me that day

My family has been going here for dental care for many, many years. We loved Dr. Glover and we sad when he retired but he has a very worthy successor in Dr. Carter. I have no reservations in recommending Dentistry of Sugar Hill for immediate needs but for regular maintenance. Their office staff is also very personable and friendly and easy to work with.

We have been using this dental team for almost 30 years and never had one problem. Their services are always professional, friendly and without pressure tactics. Facility has always been very very clean. Looks like new!
