He is a member of the American Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association. He also participates as a Clinical Investigator for the National Dental Practice-Based Research Network and serves on the Practice Advisory Committee for the South Atlantic Region. An active 30 year Rotarian, he is a Paul Harris and Will Watt Fellow. Dr. Kligman is on the board of Flying Doctors of America, for which he participates and leads international medical and dental missions.
Active in Community affairs, he is also an Executive Board member for Woodstocks Downtown Development Authority. Team Dentist at Kennesaw State University 28 years, and has been listed in Atlanta Magazine as one of Atlantas Top Dentists.
Dr. Rautenstrauch is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. He holds memberships in the Georgia Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Hinman Dental Society, and is President of the Metro Atlanta Study Group for continuing dental education. Dr. Rautenstrauch serves as a delegate for the Georgia Dental Association and has been listed in Atlanta Magazine as one of Atlantas top dentists. He also serves on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club in Cherokee county. Dr. Rautenstrauch is married, has two sons, and enjoys mountain biking and golf.
Dr. Jacob Sluder graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University in 2012 and graduated with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. Dr. Sluder and his wife live in Downtown Woodstock.
Dr. Sluder and his wife live in Downtown Woodstock with their 2 dogs, and his wife is an optometrist with Milan Eye Center in Canton. Dr. Sluder is very involved with IN WDSTK, Young Professionals of Woodstock, and the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Sluder was on the Executive Council of the KSU Student Government and was a strong advocate who helped lobby to bring football to Kennesaw State. He is a member of the Georgia Dental Association and American Dental Association. He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. He enjoys being active and being outdoors. Among his favorite activities are exercising, biking, and fishing.
During her time at Elon University, Dr. Galloway completed an undergraduate research fellowship in the biology department. At University of Louisville she was an active member of the schools chapter of the American Association of Women in Dentistry and received funding through the Indian Health Services for dental outreach on the Navajo reservation. Dr. Galloway is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Sluder and Lura provided a wonderful and inviting atmosphere and focused on what's best for my dental health. Their reasoned and thoughtful approach to dental health care was a great shift from the corporate, sales focused, dental care provided at so many other offices now days.

They're excellent and I have used them for decades, but at-risk folk will want to know that they are no longer requiring masks in reception--not even for the receptionist. Air quality was excellent at 8am, though, and people were spaced out so I do recommend going early. Check-in and rescheduling is fast and set up not to require extended close contact. They are still running air purifiers in exam rooms. As of this writing, spread of the virus is high in Cherokee so my understanding is that everyone should be masked when C02 is over 600ppm. C02 in my exam room, however, was in high 600s by the time my cleaning was done and dentist waltzed in at that point with his mask down so there's that.

As a person who suffers from Dental Anxiety, I must say that coming to this office has been an absolute pleasure. From the waiting room to the dental chair, the staff provides a welcoming environment with their patience, kindness, and helpfulness. More than that, they work with skill and efficiency to provide you with the best possible outcome . I'd like to offer a personal thanks to Dr. Galloway, and Assistants Heather S. and newest Assistant Reagan (?). They have done a great job helping me and are fantastic at what they do. This is the first dentist office I've walked into with a smile on my face. Hats off to Dentistry of Olde Towne!

The people there are very nice and super caring I thought I was going to be losing one of my teeth that I broke but they were able to save it! I use to hate going to the dentist but Dr. Emily and Mrs. Heather are so very nice I feel right at home every time I walk in!

Dr Sluder has been amazing. I was having an issue with a cracked tooth and the temp crown didn't help the pain. He called and had the perm crown rushed in production so we could hopefully get the issue corrected. I also have couple issues with fibromyalgia and he and his staff showed real concern for that. Couldn't be happier with Dr Sluder and his staff!!

If I could give more than five stars I would. Dr. Sluder is the dentist for my entire family and he and the entire Olde Towne practice take great care of us. Today they went above and beyond. My son split his lip playing basketball at school. My wife texted me a photo asking if we should take him to the ER. I forwarded the photo to Dr. Sluder, who immediately called me back, offered to take care of my son, and advised the front desk staff that my wife was coming. I believe it ended up being about 45 minutes between injury and Dr. Sluder's expert repair of the injury. Not only was the clinical care excellent, the relief of stress his compassion and urgency provided to me and my family is almost indescribable. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

A friend recommended Dentistry of Ole Towne to me after my previous dentist was pushing services that were not necessary; to have the 2 teeth filed in order to accommodate crowns for 2 front teeth, which have mild hairline cracks. I did not know what to expect from this new dental office, but I am so happy that I switched providers. When I mentioned to Dr Sluder what the previous dentist told me, his response was: "I don't see an issue with those teeth now, but we will address them if an issue arises with in the future, we prefer to stay on the cautious side." Wow, what a relief. Dr Sluder also, went out of his way to see my daughter, after hours, who was in severe pain and resolved her problem. I have had 2 cleanings there so far, and was so impressed with the friendly, professional staff and clean facility. It was also a pleasure meeting Dr Kligman, who founded the pracice close to 30 yrs ago. This is really a GREAT, trustworthy, honest group of people. I would highly recommend them, if you are looking for excellent dentists.

Our family could not be more thrilled to have finally found this practice. After seven years of living in the area and finally making the switch to this practice through the recommendation of friends, we could not be more pleased. I had my first visit with Dr. Chris Rautenstrauch and he and everyone else were absolutely wonderful. They helped me with the mouth pain I've been having and communicated efficiently. 10/10 recommend!

It has been the best experience, to go to this dentist office. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The dentist is great and makes visiting, pleasurable. We recently went to an alternate office after an insurance change and it was awful... So, we are back, for good! Thank you, to all the staff at Dentistry of Olde Towne.

Normally I do not like the dentist, but Dr. Sluder and Dr. Kligman make it a-lot easier. Both are very gentle while doing they're jobs and do an amazing job. Everyone in the office is kind and very professional.
