I am so impressed with this office! Everyone from the front office all the way to the back office were super friendly. I love the way I was educated on each step and why they were doing what they recommended. I also grew up with my uncle being my dentist and haven't found a place that I liked as much as my uncle's practice back home until I found Dentistry of Old Town. It felt like home and is highly recommend... 5 stars all around!

Great practice. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. Dental hygienists are amazing. Dr Brittian is wonderful. I actually enjoy my visits.

After visiting this office multiple times my experience just got worse each time. First the were over charging me for cleanings even though it was covered in my insurance plan. After choosing to go to a different dentist, they called me and told me I owned them. I paid it and then they called me again months later stating I still had a balance. When I inquired as to why they told me because they just switched their systems over they were discovering unpaid balances. I told them I already had to pay them and they said if I came I'd for a cleaning they would just waive the balance. Either way these people don't know what they are doing or are trying to take advantage of their customers.

Rosemary is such an asset to this practice. I told her I was in a rush and she did everything to get me out of the door asap. She is so thorough and friendly. She honestly is the reason why I keep coming back

Always a positive experience. The office treats my family like we are apart of their family. I had a dental emergency, no questions asked, they made room for me. Relationships and people based office.

To be fair, I never got in with the dentist. I left the waiting room 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment when after half an hour there was no indication that I'd be called in anytime soon.

My wife and I have been coming to this absolutely fantastic Dentist and his team for many years now. His team is always eager to listen and make you feel as comfortable as possible when you arrive. Dr. B always does a fantastic job and has amazing attention to detail. Dr. B now feels like the next-door door neighbor we would leave your house keys with while we went on vacation. You and your family will be in extraordinarily good hands!

Great Dentist and staff. I've been coming here for just about a year now. Modern equipment with traditional quality customer service. Dr. Brittain's judgement seems very cautious and measured. Only calling for extra more involved services when absolutely necessary, and while receiving this, my comfort has been their utmost concern. Water pick cleanings, chive tv on the screen, sunglasses for the light in your face, and even a 3D printer on site. If you're looking for a great Dentist with reasonable prices look no further!

I used to be one of those people who dreaded going to the dentist... until I found Dentistry of Old Town. I love the staff so much! Ariana at the front desk is the best, Lindsay and Lexi helped me with my invisalign and now I always look forward for my 6 month cleaning and check up! The best staff and dentists in AZ!!!

Sherry is the best. I feel Dr. gives me a thorough exam and very pleasant. Checkout is always a challenge (I guess because of insurance)
