Dr. Sunny Choy is agraduate of the New York University College of Dentistry and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to entering private practice, she completed a one-year general practice residency program at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, where she treated emergency dental and facial trauma cases. She took additional training in oral surgery, endodontics and prosthodontics.
Dr. Choy has a practice emphasis in aesthetic dental procedures, particularly smile makeovers involving dental bonding, placement of porcelain veneers and crowns in conjunction with gingival recontouring to create an aesthetically pleasing smile. For over a decade, she has been helping many patients create a beautiful smile with Invisalign, a great alternative to metal braces. It is a gentle process that is virtually invisible to improve your smile.
Dr Choy has had a lifelong passion for dance, which culminated in her being an NBA pro cheerleader for the Atlanta Hawks for the 2015-2016 season. Currently, Dr. Choy is a mother to a toddler boy who keeps her active.
Dr. Shokoufi graduated from dental school in Iran in 2005. He worked as a general dentist in his own private office in Iran till September of 2017. With his permanent move to the United States and his desire to continue his professional life as a dentist in United states he started his education in International advanced placement program in SIU-SDM.
Dr. Shokoufi graduated in may 2021 and moved to Atlanta .During his 17 years of practice, he has taken several advanced training courses on implant surgery, prosthetic aspects of implantology, rotary root canal therapy and retreatment of root canals. He is married and have 2 kids, ages 4 and 9.
After finishing high school as the class valedictorian, he attended the University of Georgia on a full academic scholarship. During his tenure at UGA, Dr. Do was active in many school-wide and community-related activities, including the American Chemical Society, Vietnamese Student Association, UGASymphony Orchestra, and the Athens Symphony Orchestra. As part of the UGA Honors program, he spent one summer abroad in Italy, where he took courses in genetics and art history, focusing on Italian Renaissance art. He culminated his studies by graduating Summa Cum Laude with Honors with his bachelor of science in biology and was also inducted in the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society. He maintains ties with UGA by serving the office of admissions as a liaison.
Afterwards, Dr. Do attended the Medical College of Georgia (now known as Augusta University) to obtain his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He was again active in many activities in school and around the community including giving violin lessons at the Jessye Norman School of the Arts and being a liaison for the International Student Exchange Program. Upon graduation, Dr. Do was inducted into the Alpha Upsilon Phi Honors Society for his leadership and community contributions.
Dr. Do immediately went into private practice in June 2015. He maintains a busy working schedule and takes continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with modern advances in dentistry. His main interests include cosmetic dentistry, oral medicine, and oral pathology.
In his spare time, Dr. Do enjoys playing tennis (he is a huge fan of Rafael Nadal) and cooking. He is also an avid runner, participating in several half marathons and his first marathon in 2014 in Chicago. Furthermore, he is a self-proclaimed foodie, lover of fiction and classical musician. He currently plays viola with the Gwinnett Symphony Orchestra. But most of all, Dr. Do lives for international travel and tries to visit new foreign countries as often as possible. Additionally, Dr. Do is the youngest of 5 and uncle of 11.

My first visit was great. The lobby is clean and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond. I was unclear about my insurance and Adrianna provided excellent customer service. My hygienist, Deanna, was also superb, keeping me informed throughout the X-rays and cleaning and follow up recommendation. Dr. Choy was great and knowledgeable. This dental office has state of the art equipment to achieve overall health for your mouth and teeth. And they service children as well! I felt valued as a patient, and I wish I had discovered them sooner! I'll definitely return in 6 months!

OMG... I Just received the BEST cleaning ever!! My hygienist, Deanna was very attentive, methodical and exhibited professionalism in her area of expertise. I dont even want to eat for the rest of the day. I take great care of my teeth but just figured I'd allow them take care of me this time around. The staff is a warm, customer satisfaction oriented, courteous and love what they do. Its quite obvious!! Dr. Choi sealed the deal and added her professional expertise in establishing why I may be experiencing TMJ issues. I'm very peculiar about who I allow in my mouth, especially after being seen by some of the best Military dentists in the world. Go Army!! I am never going anywhere else. Oh by the way, this was my first visit!!

They scheduled me for an appointment and then no one was in the office. Maybe it's too early for them. Also every time I come, there is a new dentist. I question why it seems like no dentist wants to keep working there. There is a dentist across the street. I will go there instead.

For some strange and unknown reason, the Dentist no longer checks teeth after cleaning by a hygienist. Apparently, an examination by a Dentist occurs only once a year? (I'm not talking about x-rays) Never in my 30+ years going to a Dentist have I ever had a Dentist not check my teeth after a cleaning. I'll be exploring new dental options. Metro Atlanta has gone to hell.

Lied to me about the cost and about my insurance and kept pushing a very aggressive treatment plan despite my questions. Kept asking for more and more money. Kept sending collection notices, but when I tried to call to work it out with them they ignored me. This kind of business should be illegal, but this is just the kind of world we live in.

Not honest. Advertise crowns at $799.get you in then my crown is $1542.Thats a $750 difference CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. Dentist herself was wonderful but I left with a dirty feeling about the group.

Dr. Shokoufi was very nice and competence. The staff were so kind and caring. Great experience as a first timer going to Dentistry of Norcross. Everything from making appointment to the treatment plan was done excellent and fast. Will certainly go back for all my dental needs.

Had implant. Left loose food buildup under implant. Had it work on good fit now. Out of pocket just under $400.00. Cutting into gums. New dentist now. If they reimburse me for their mistake I will share this with others

Dr. Roach installed my implant couple of years ago. Great experience no problems so far with it. Dr. Solomon did my implant crown. Very happy with it! He worked very hard on it to make it look like my natural tooth. He put a lot of time to make my smile beautiful again. Thank you Dr. Solomon! Also, Jose was taking great care of me while taking out my old crown each time and choosing new color with me! Thank you for taking so much time to listen to my needs and giving me so much of personal attention! I really appreciate that!

Absolutely love this dentist office, the Dr was wonderful and Dr.Roach is the main reason I still go here. Dr. Roach has saved many of my teeth while not trying to upcharge or recommend dramatic things when a little time and professionalism can get the job done, I've recommended many of my girlfriends here and they love it. My only small minor complaint would be the new Dr who's in office who is wonderful but I was let down on the chair almost upside down, once completed I almost lost my balance from being upside down for the entire process, I understand they have to do there job but upside down feet higher then your head caused my BP to drop dramatically, if next time I can be not almost upside down that would be wonderful. Don't get me wrong the new Dr. Solomon he's wonderful and knows what he's doing but that feeling was awful and scary .

Best dentist experience ever from start to finish! I am just visiting the area and came for a one-time cleaning, x-rays, and exam and loved this place so much I may make special trips back to Georgia just for them. It started with a great seevuce when I called to schedule they were very professional and responsive at an amazing rate. Then Danielle was hands down the best hygienist ever. She was super friendly and easy to talk to, and it was the gentlest cleaning ever. She was also super knowledgeable as she's practically a dentist herself (soon). Then as if I wasn't impressed enough, during my exam with Dr. Choi she pointed out that my years of frontal gum recession could be easily solved by a lingual frenectomy, something none of my previous dentists ever noticed or suggested. Then they gave me notes on everything for my next dentist to help monitor recession rates. If all dentist offices were this great people wouldn't dread the dentist. 10 stars!

I came in not only for cleaning but I returned for the great service that I got from this practice. They did a whole bunch of different things that I needed to my teeth that I didn't even know about. Truthfully I went around town to different dentist they all generally said the same problems that I had. But they didn't feel like home. I would highly recommend this practice. Everything was a breeze everything was affordable and still today months have passed and my teeth look great and feel great!
