Front desk staff is unhelpful and not only doesn't answer the phone during their regular business hours but when they do they won't help and just tell you to call back. They fraudulently sold us services that were not needed, advertised incorrectly and oversold us on periodontal visits that they ended up billing us when they said they were covered. Be warned, stay away from the Boulder location and choose a different dentist

Barby was amazing! She's very knowledgeable, very friendly, and took her time with someone who does not like getting a cleaning and hearing the noises. Tina was incredibly helpful through all the process. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to my clients.

I just had the most amazing dentist appointment. Maria, at the front desk, is kind, compassionate and very helpful! Dr. Kulkami brings "finest" to a whole new level of greatness! She explains everything, doesn't do that "upsale" thing and is technically supurb. If you want to have the best possible dental experience, make an appointment with her!

Hands down the best Dentistry in Colorado no doubt! Every staff member is phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel like the most important patient. If you don't go here you are missing out!!

Cindy the hygienist is wonderful, but the rest of my experience has been a frustrating and costly mistake. There has been a rotating door of temporary dentists, one of whom pressured me into buying Invisalign, then after a mistake in the inital scan that took 4 calls over a couple of months to even find out about, I decided that I did not want to proceed here. That initial dentist visit had been unsettling for several reasons, so I only returned to see Cindy. After another several unreturned calls, I finally talked to Tina, who stated that she would process the refund.It has never been received, and she has not returned multiple calls or emails, yet she eventually did call to solicit another dental visit. UPDATE: I did receive a refund over a year later, but I really hope they get a stable dentist for the practice.

I love this female-focused dentist! I had the best dental cleaning & education from Barbie today. She is so sweet & friendly, knowledgeable and was able to catch my gingivitis before it escalated. They have a great deal for 2 yearly cleanings, x-rays & an emergency exam! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Boulder area.

The medical assistant, dental hygienist, receptionist and doctor were all great. I felt comfortable talking with each of them and they gave me good care.

Initially went in for an appointment for a general cleaning over a year ago, they were called something entirely different at the time. They didn't do a cleaning at the initial appointment and had me schedule a follow up cleaning and then another appointment to fix the 5 fillings they said I needed. No explanation of what was going on in my mouth or even room for questions the dentist left the room so quickly. I was naive and didn't question them. By the time I had the fillings done it was an entirely different dentist working, the dentist didn't even do the fillings an assistant did. I had numerous issues with the fillings falling out within the course of the first several months. Until the dentist herself finally repaired them. They were also so tight I couldn't even floss properly. I went and got a second opinion all the way back in my home town with the dentist I had seen since childhood. He informed me that my teeth all looked in good standing and that he had a difference in opinion and that the fillings had most likely not been necessary and there could have been a different less invasive approach first. Went back for a cleaning in March - to an entirely new dentist. Once again no room for discussion the dentist told me I needed another set of fillings done! Oh and this time they actually caused damage to the lower portion of the left side of my mouth, causing me to have a severely swollen salivary gland for weeks. Almost needing me to have a surgery to drain the area. Again got a second opinion and once again the fillings they said I needed we're not necessary. This leads me to today, I apparently had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning, although I received phone calls they were from Richard Moreno not a dentist office, and when you call that number back the mailbox is full and there's no description that it's for a dentist office in the message. No voicemails were left since they said my mailbox was full and no text messages leading up to confirm the appointment. The only reason I knew about the appointment was because they texted my mom telling her I had an appointment but they couldn't get ahold of me or send me a text to confirm with me? Seems super weird that she was able to receive a text but I wasn't. I know they charge for missing an appointment as well. I would not recommend going here, although I'm sure it's a different dentist at this point and if you do and they say you need any further work done please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion. I spent $2k on fillings that I most likely didn't even need.

Wow this staff here is so professional and kind. Terry did an amazing job with a custom appliance I needed. I have never had on office get it right the first time! And the office is really clean and just feels relaxing. For someone that hates having dental work done, I am really happy to have found this office.

I don't often write reviews, but I have been SO happy with DICC in Boulder. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist due to some bad experiences in the past, and this office has made me feel comfortable again. Dr. Grenillo-Weaver is so great and really took the time to explain everything to me. The staff is incredibly friendly - shoutout to Maria, Abel, Itsel, Terry and Barbie (sorry if I misspelled names). Dr. Grenillo-Weaver and Abel were very fast yet detailed with fillings and crown work, always making sure I was comfortable. Pricing and options were transparent, and I'm really happy with their work. They even fixed up some fillings and bite issues that a previous dentist did poorly for no extra charge just to make sure everything was perfect. Parking and getting there is easy. I love that you can text the office, and scheduling was fast. Okay well that was a very detailed review of a dentist's office - but hopefully others see this and have a great experience, too. Thank you! :)
