Dr. Megan Shiga graduated from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. She has a great deal of experience with composite restorations, crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, and treating children. She is also Invisalign trained. She was born and raised in the Cleveland area. She resides in Shaker Heights with her husband John and three daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis.
Heather has been with Dentistry of Chagrin since 2002. She is the billing and insurance manager and is also certified in dental radiology. When not at work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys hiking, train watching, and going to all of their various activities.
Kelly received her Dental Hygiene degree from Ferris State University. After living in Texas, Virginia, and Michigan, she has lived in South Russell with her husband and three children for the past 13 years. Kelly enjoys reading, walking her dog Daisy, and attending her son's hockey games.

I'm writing this review to let other kids know what a great dentist Dr. Shiga is and that you shouldn't be afraid. I'm 12 years old and recently had fillings. I was nervous, but it went really well. Her assistant Melissa was so nice to me and Dr. Shiga did a great job. It didn't hurt at all. I would recommend this office to anyone. Aedan

Dr Shiga and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They provide top notch professional care. My dental hygiene has never had better guidance. I actually look forward to my routine cleaning with Kelly and any work completed by Dr Shiga is impeccable.

Dr. Shiga is an amazing dentist for ALL ages, she takes care of my family, including my 4 young children, as well as, my grandmother that is 91 years old. It is a gift to be able to be a general dentist and amazing with all ages. She always has our best interest at heart and cares for your comfort and smile. Aside from liking Dr. Shiga, her hygienist and other staff are excellent and have been there a very long time. Her office is clean and cozy. I would highly recommend her to anyone- young or old!!

I went to this dentistry for about 5 years. I have had so many issues with my teeth due to the poor practice that goes on in this office. I have multiple tooth fillings that have fallen out and it has caused a lot of problems for me. Go elsewhere.

Nothing but positive experiences in my 8+ years at Dentistry of Chagrin. All the hygienists are great, Dr. Megan is a great technical dentist, and the office runs like clockwork. Dr. Megan also does a great job with my 3 and 4 year olds. We drive ~30 miles each way - well worth it. 6 stars.

Dentistry of Chagrin has a friendly, courteous staff that makes you feel like family instead of just a customer. Their attention to detail, both in the work they do and general customer service, goes above and beyond (they even had a blanket for their summer-dressed patients who got chilly in the AC)! The office is one of the most updated, clean and organized medical offices I've ever been in. Finally, Dr. Shiga is by far the best dentist I've been to; she does excellent work quickly, and in a considerate manner. Overall, we have had excellent experiences with Dentistry of Chagrin and will recommend them to everyone we know.
