One of the things you should know about Dr. Steve is that he has known he wanted to be a dentist since the fourth grade! He carried this determination all through school and worked hard to achieve his dream.
Once in dental school, Dr. Steve discovered that working with children was his true passion. He wanted to be a great pediatric dentist, but more so, he wanted to be a compassionate friend to all his young patients.
With his easy-going and fun personality, Dr. Steve helps kids enjoy positive dental experiences from day one. He builds a special bond that makes them feel comfortable every time they visit while having an absolute blast!
Dr. Jayme M. Norris grew up in Michigan City, IN. She is the daughter of a retired dentist and a retired elementary school teacher (the perfect combination to create a pediatric dentist!). She is married to her husband, Kellen, and they have a beautiful daughter named Lydia.
The occasional trips to the office with her dad eventually turned into something more. As Dr. Jayme got older, she started to look into other possibilities for a career; however, nothing felt quite as comfortable and at home as being in the dental office.
Despite being born in Baltimore, MD, Dr. Kula considers himself to be from all over as he has moved around to various places while growing up. He is now happily married and a father to his lovely daughter.
From a young age, Dr. Kula looked up to his mother, a top pediatric dentist and orthodontist. But it was the volunteer work he did which ultimately convinced him that dentistry was the career for him!
Inspired by his mother, Dr. Kula wanted to become an orthodontist and help families become educated about their smiles. Thus, after many years in dental school, he signed on for more (oh yes!) to become the fantastic specialist he is today.
Since opening our doors in 1991, giving back to our community has been a huge priority. We genuinely care about the people who visit our practice and want to do our part to improve more than just your smiles.
It is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry that babies are seen by a pediatric dentist by age one. This first visit is a show and tell visit for you and your child. Its best for your child to have a pleasant first experience with the dental team. This sets the stage for a positive relationship moving forward.

They are awesome! I highly recommend. It took 3 years for my daughter's dentist at home to even to get him to look at and use the mirror. And we came here and here she is allowing the hygienist to look and brush her teeth and got her to lay on the bed.... I was amazed!

Our first time experience was great! Dana gave us an amazing tour and Meghan B was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, Dr Jayme topped it off saying we were in the no cavity club! 10/10 would recommend! :)

I had Braces put on by Dr. Kula. He was absolutely amazing along with his staff. My 5 year old is also a patient and they are so wonderful and patient with him! Highly recommend going here

Absolutely the best place to bring your children and teens. Brice be singing my lipgloss, Jamie is a great hygienist who makes all my kids comfortable while caring for their teeth and let's not forget Dr kula who gets hyped up over a teenager who takes amazing care of her teeth. I highly recommend kids to come here especially kids who have the fear of the dentist!

Was a little skeptical going to a "kids" dentistry, but soon found that everyone of every age is welcomed with a smile. Super friendly staff and fun atmosphere! Even at 41 so glad I made the decision to get that gorgeous smile!

This place has such a fun welcoming environment! The staff make you feel comfortable during your dental care and you don't even feel like your getting your teeth worked on. Dr. Kula and is team work on my braces and within a few months I've noticed a huge difference. If something goes wrong and one of my brackets break they are quick to fix it. My kids and husband love going with me just to play in the arcade room they have available. They are also have fun giveaways to enter in. I couldn't ask for a better orthodontist. Thank you guys!!!
