Got a crown put in...the crown cracked and broke within a few months..they gave me a temporary crown and promised to refund me the money so I could get a new crown at my new location since I was in the process of PCSing. I followed up two weeks later and they blamed "corporate" saying that they needed to cut the check...I followed up again before I moved and got the same "corporate" answer...was told I would have someone reaching out to me within a few weeks to get me my refund. It's been almost two months, no check, no one has followed up from the business office, nothing. When you owe them money, they want it before you leave the building, when they owe you money...it's going to take a few months because of "corporate"

Just called to try and schedule an emergency appointment for my husband and the lady that I spoke with was very rude and hung up in my face. Would not even recommend do not waste your time.
