Although our practice consists primarily of healthy pediatric dental patients, we take great pride in being able to treat medically and behaviorally challenged pediatric patients that most other practices are unable or unwilling to take care of. My special area of interest is in treating many of these complex patients, both in officeas well as under general anesthesia, should they require it. In many cases, these patients have been unable to obtain care at multiple dental offices. The palpable relief that I see amongmany parents of our special needs patients when they learn that they can finally get the treatment their child deserves and needs in a manner that is caring, compassionate, and nurturing, without having to compromise on quality, makes it all worthwhile.

To quote Emerson, To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed better, because you have lived. That is what the profession of pediatric dentistry is all about. Dr. Sayany

Dr. Sayany has practiced pediatric dentistry since 1993 and stays uptodate on the latest advances in dentistry by maintaining active membership in numerous prestigious professional organizations, such as the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

'Oral health is not only about removing caries. It has an intricate relationship with nutrition, sleep hygiene, speech development, and systemic health. I am looking forward to being part of the team to help children develop and maintain ideal oral health as well as to have positive experience at the dentist as it gives me great joy.' ~Dr. Jessica

My son is a 4 year old with autism and he is also deaf. I cannot even describe how patient and kind Dr. Jean was with him. I wanted to cry because of how smooth she made the experience. My son is terrified of doctors and she took her time to discuss the best approach with him and make us comfortable. I will never go anywhere else with him.

I just want to say how awesome Dr.Jessica and staff are. From beginning to end everything was smooth and they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I get really bad anxiety at dentists office(even for my kids). Dr. Jessica talked to my 4 year old son all the way through his procedure and it was a success. Thank you guys so much.

DO NOT take your child here!! Front desk is great but dr was not friendly and she didn't seem to care that my child was scared about getting his tooth pulled.. proceeded to pull tooth WITHOUT numbing or local anesthesia! Only found out after my child told me because they don't allow you to go back...

First time bring our 7 year old autistic child to a dentist. She has bad anxiety and just fearful of doctors in general. The entire staff made us feel so comfortable and put my little one at ease. I can't thank them enough. Can't recommend enough. They listened and just did an amazing job

Great experience with this office. Very very kind and professional. Dentist was very patient with me, explained my daughters condition to me and answered all of my questions. We had previously been three other dentists in the area that were very short with us seemed to rush us away. This was not the case here and I'm so glad to have found them. The dentist even noticed my daughter and I had on matching boots!

My child goes here and the staff is super nice. We love that they have the waiting now full of toys and things to keep kids entertained. We love playing the Super 4 In a Line (connect four knock off). I think my kid just loves dropping all the pieces after we play. I think she loves the sound it makes. My daughter also loves that the rooms have the kid themed stickers all over the walls in the rooms. Today she was in the Cat in The Hat room. She know the kids names, loves Thing 1 and 2 and always wonders how the cat can balance on one toe on one ball while holding books in one hand. The staff here must have to go through a lot of specialized training on how to deal with little kids. I prasie there ability. They have always been super nice to my daughter. They almost make it a game in getting cleaned. And on the way out they give the kids a little prizes like a stamper, little toys, other things like that. Definitely bring your little ones here.

Took my son here, he had two large cavities and boy, did Dr. Friedman let me know about it. She was the exact opposite of personable. She did not smile once, had a very stern expression and tone with me. I do not trust her to do any dental work on my child so we consulted another dentist for the purpose of finding a more caring, kind, and personable professional. The hygienist was AWESOME, its a shame the doctor is what completely turned me off.
