Originally from Racine, Wisconsin, Dr. Brodek completed his undergraduate studies at University of Wisconsin Madison, earning a bachelors degree in geography in 2011, followed by a masters degree in bacteriology in 2014. During this time, he met Dr. Hazen while working at Maple Bluff Country Club, and he would come into the office to shadow and learn from Dr. Hazen. He eventually attended dental school at Boston University, earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree while graduating summa cum laude in 2018. Dr. Brodek has worked in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, since graduating, and he is excited to now have the opportunity to return to the Madison community and work alongside Dr. Hazen and his wonderful team.
Dr. Brodek strives to deliver the best possible care and value to the patients he serves, and he believes in the importance of communication and compassion with all the individuals he treats. He shares Dr. Hazens excitement and enthusiasm for continuing education and using new technological advancements in dentistry to provide this care. Dr. Brodek looks forward to working with the knowledgeable and empathetic team at Dentistry for Madison LLC to improve and maintain the oral health of his patients.
Dr. Brodek is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association and the Greater Dane Dental Society. Outside of dentistry, he and his wife (and fellow dentist), Adela, love to get outside to hike, bike and enjoy the outdoors (often with their beloved French bulldog, Petunia). He is also an avid golfer and a proud Packer and Badger fan.

I began in the profession of dentistry as a Dental Hygienist in 1993 and have never looked back! I have adept experience in both the clinical and administrative/management facets of both private and corporate dental practices. I feel I have found a home at Dentistry For Madison. With over 15 years of experience in customer service and healthcare, patient care is my top priority. My favorite part of my job is interacting with patients on a day-to-day basis while developing strong patient relationships and providing a great experience here in the office. I have been part of the team since 1989, in both the front office and clinical capacities. Julia is a dental hygienist and a Madison area native. Julia graduated from the dental hygiene program at Madison College in 2005 and recently completed a bachelors degree in dental hygiene from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Julia brings a passion for helping people achieve oral health. When not at work, she enjoys golfing, gardening, spending time with her family and dog, and cheering on the Brewers.
I graduated from the Dental Hygienist program at Madison College in July of 2020. I have been a part of the team at Dentistry for Madison LLC since September of 2020. I feel truly blessed to be a part of the close-knit team here. I have grown and learned so much from everyone! I love hygiene, as it allows me to work closely with our patients to achieve the oral health they desire. A fun fact about me is that I come from a family of hygienists. My mother and both her sisters are also hygienists!
I received my Dental Hygiene degree in 1985 and remain current with the constantly changing field of dental hygiene by taking high level continuing education courses. Today, dentistry has so much to offer everyone. Improvements in your smile that you thought were impossible in the past are common at Dentistry for Madison LLC. The most enjoyable aspect of my career is the way the entire staff at Dentistry for Madison can make a difference in a persons life, whether it is something as simple as a kind word and caring attitude or giving them the smile of their dreams.
I have been working in the dental field for about five years. The thing I like most about my job is caring for people and helping them understand the importance of their dental health. I recently joined Dentistry for Madison, and I couldnt have chosen a better place to work because the team here is great.
I graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Madison College in December 2014 and have been with the Dentistry for Madison team since February 2016. I am honored to work with such an amazing group of people, who I call family. I have a passion for what I do because it is so incredible to make such a difference in someones life by improving their smile.
I completed the dental assisting program in 2012 and recently joined Dentistry For Madison in September of 2018. Thus far it has been amazing to work with such a great group of people. I love assisting because the gratitude I get with helping someone improve their smile is amazing.

Dr. Hazen and his team of skilled professionals always make each visit as comfortable as possible. Patient comfort is clearly a top priority for Dr. Hazen. I recently cracked a crown that was done by a previous dentist. Dr. Hazen got me in the next day and within a few hours, I left with my permanent crown. Yes, no temporary crowns needed thanks to the investments made by Dr. Hazen. Thank you Dr. Hazen and team.

I cracked a crown and could feel the jagged edge of the broken tooth grating against my tongue. I immediately called Dentistry for Madison. They got me an appointment the very next day at 8.00am for a replacement. Dr. Brodek (and Morgan) had me "in and out" of of the office in less than two hours and I went home with a new crown. I sincerely appreciate the fast service. Very happy! (No more pain!) A great team in the office and beside the dental chair.

Dr. Hazen has been taking care of my teeth for over ten years and there's no one else who I trust for dental care (even after moving 40 minutes outside of Madison). I had my first filling last week - completely pain free. If your snoring is affecting you or your partner's sleep quality, ask Dr. Hazen about SomnoMed appliances. My snoring kept my wife up for years and I didn't qualify for a CPAP machine. With a Somnomed appliance, I sleep like I did when I was a kid. I dream every night and awake feeling fully rested. And my wife sleeps, too. I've been using the appliance for over a year and what a difference - thank you, Dr. Hazen and team! You all do amazing work!

I was a little anxious today before my appointment to replace three crowns for cosmetic reasons at Dentistry for Madison. I am happy to report my fears were completely unfounded. First, Dr. Jay Hazen and Taylor immediately put me at east. They explained the procedure, made every effort to make sure I was comfortable, resized the rubber dam in a way that it didn't bother me one bit, and assured me that everything would be fine. And it was. No pain from the shots, which immediately numbed me. No panic attacks with the rubber dams, or lengthy or intense drilling. Much to my amazement, there was very little pain or discomfort during the entire two-hour procedure. I marveled at their state-of-the-art technology as I watched Dr. Hazen create and design my CEREC crowns so they would better align with my front teeth. The color is a perfect match. The three new crowns are beautiful, and I can't believe I waited so long for this terrific improvement to my smile. I understand why this office gets such glowing reviews. From the people at the front desk to the hygienists (a shout-out to Julia!) to Dr. Hazen's exceptional knowledge and expertise, I highly recommend Dentistry for Madison for its professionalism and outstanding dental care.

Fantastic experience; I rarely have to have dental work other than routine cleanings done, so when I do it is nerve wracking. Dr. Hazen and staff are very considerate, caring, respectful and professional. I detest dental work, yet enjoy their care. Thank you for making it easier!! Sona

Went in for routine cleaning today - NOT my favorite way to spend a Monday afternoon. The technician was quiet, capable and efficient. She paid close attention to my signals - to get a rinse or catch my breath, but also moved the procedure along quickly. My favorite part was AFTER she finished though. My teeth feel clean. More teeth news a couple years later: At Tuesday's routine cleaning and checkup, Dr. Hazen found a tooth in need of a crown. He also had an opening for today - Thursday. Going to the dentist is still not my favorite pastime. However, The whole process was smooth, efficient and not entirely unpleasant. Dr. Hazen and his assistant took good care of me.

I had a crown put on 1 27 22 by Dr. Brodek. Morgan assisted. Dr. Brodek is very friendly and relaxed. He is very good and attentive to your needs. He used the new automated milling machine so that the crown could be done in one day! He even filed down my night guard. Morgan is friendly and very competent and very positive! I feared going to the dentist before I met Dr. Hazen and my teeth suffered. The whole team worked with me to give me my smile back. my wife hooked me up with Dr. Hazen decades ago. everything worked out well and I am still here. Brenda and Roxanne are great and Trish does an excellent job. Ill stay as long as they keep up the great work just got back after having Tina clean my teeth. nice job and experience. Brenda and Gina are always nice and pleasant to talk to even when they present you with a bill!!overal a very could place to go fo quality work
