Originally from the Pocono Mountains, Dr. Patel received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton. She went on to the prestigious Temple University School of Dentistry where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. While receiving her training, Dr. Patel completed outreach at several special needs and under privilege clinics in the Philadelphia area. Dr. Patel then went on to further her training in esthetic dentistry at St. Lukes Hospital GPR under highly trained dental professionals.
Dr. Patel has volunteered her time to provide dental care at the Mission of Mercy organization in PA. She continues to expand her knowledge by taking several hours of continuing education courses each year to deliver the most up to date treatments. In her spare time, Dr. Patel has a curiosity about the world and enjoys traveling. She also loves trying out new restaurants in the city. She is proud mommy to her Yorkshire Terrier dog, Mia.

When not making people smile, Dr. Parikh enjoys skiing, playing golf and ice hockey. He enjoys traveling and trying out Philadelphias amazing restaurant scene.

Dr. Patel, Dr. Parikh and their staff are the most caring and most experienced team I have ever met! They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable during my various procedures. Their knowledge and expertise are unmatched. I drive all the way from DE to this practice and am very pleased every time I go. I highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend this dentist for cosmetic procedures. There are countless cosmetic dentists - both nationally and internationally. I'm highly regretful of choosing this practice. I was disappointed in the dentist's bedside manner. This is from my perspective as a healthcare provider, self paying patient, and simply a dental patient. I could've easily overlooked a poor bedside manner if the quality of my cosmetic outcome were as I'd desired. Overall, I didn't receive the outcome I'd described over multiple office visits. My teeth and surrounding areas are continuously painful and sensitive. It's a new problem and thereby affecting my present quality of life. I rely on Motrin to eat or drink low or high temperature items comfortably. I attribute this to poor bonding and/or the amount of dental shaving performed prior to placement. I've developed daily concerns of internal bleeding due to my reliance on Motrin. Simply, my veneers are unattractive. I have felt and have verbalized so since they were placed. Namely: they're dull, uneven, and transparent. My natural teeth show below the veneer surface. Moreover, pieces occasionally fall off. I also developed an infection. This was evidenced by severely swollen lips and a painful abscess on my gums. Both of which required empirical treatment: Amoxicillin and a Chlorhexidine rinse to clear. My final product is not what I expected based on my temporaries, which I loved. I understand that celebrity dentists become accustomed to having high paying clients. Paying for a poor outcome may not affect others as much as me. Others may have an option to choose and pay another dentist to redo their procedure. I have taken such a big loss and I am left without options. It is overwhelming to conceptualize this loss. I was hoping to have a confident smile - as so many others seem to have been able to achieve using this practice. During such a difficult preparation process, I didn't predict such a disappointing outcome. My goal is to share this so that you will understand my experience - which is sadly misaligned with such a highly rated practice. It is possible that you also may be disappointed with the quality of the work performed here.

I had a great experience at the office through a friend referral. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hygienest made me so comfortable In the chair and talked me through everything. The doctor was polite, efficient and again made me feel comfortable. Great place to receive dental service! Highly recommend!

Hello everyone: I just wanted to share my thrilling experience with dental implant surgery at Dentistry for Life. The whole All on 4 procedure lasted about 2 hours. Throughout the surgery I was so comfortable and relaxed that I hadn't realize Dr Parikh had completed the surgery and installed the implants. I had quite a few extractions but it was painless. The most amazing thing was that I was able to walk out with same day implants and a great smile. Next day after surgery I am feeling no pain and is able to resume my normal activities. I am grateful and thankful for Dr. Parikh and his amazing team of professionals all under one roof. Dr. Parikh knowledge, experience and confidence curtailed any fears I had about dental implants. I knew I had made the right decision. I want to encourage those who are fearful or discouraged about dentistry because of painful experiences to try Dentistry for Life. You won't regret it.

This is the best dental clinic I have ever seen. Dr Patel is great as well as the staff I met. The clinic is clean, relaxing and beautiful. I got my problem solved just the day after I called to find help. They are very empathetic as well. I really recommend this dental clinic!

I have been going to dr. Patel for 3 years now and will continue to go! The degree of expertise and experience keep getting better. Dr. Patel knows what she is talking about and I have been following all advice for I should say, have a confident smile today! Don't waist your time and money and book your appointment!!!

Just as my first visit team was welcoming. I had my tooth pulled and it was a breeze. The doctor was very confident and the process with my tooth extraction was a smooth process. Very clean office and very accommodating to making sure you are comfortable.
