Each and every staff person was so friendly and helpful. My daughter never stresses about visiting the dentist and I am so thankful!

We have been going to DFK for around 10 years if not longer, starting at their previous location then to this new one. My kids each go every 6 months for checkups, xrays etc. Last week we were less than 10 mins late for an appointment (dealing with rush hour traffic on a Friday morning gotta love it) and they refused to see him. Asked me to return in 2 hours because they were too busy. Despite the fact that the tech was there to take him right back when we walked inside, they couldn't see him. Even restaurants hold reservations for 15 mins. Not to mention, I've waited in the waiting room for their appointments to start for longer than 10 minutes, often. But I guess my time is less valuable. Over the last few visits (about a year or so, since the new changes with ownership/dentists), the front desk atmosphere hasn't been the greatest for us but I chalked it up to finding their groove. This visit, however, proved the old DFK we knew was gone. 6 short minutes lost 2 long term patients.

Good dentist and the people are nice. The appointment scheduling process has me looking for a new dentist. They schedule the appointment without asking me - and put the card in the 'goodie bag' which always disappears in my house. SO - I call to reschedule and it's 6 months out for a time that works. Is it that odd to expect them to ask the parent when is a good time for the next appointment BEFORE actually scheduling it?

It was a real pleasure to visit North Hills location. Staff was friendly and Dr. Diana was fabulous. She attended us very well and answered all our questions. Most of my experience in general have left an impression that Doctors are always in hurry but Dr. Diana was very humble, attentive and focused to attend us. Awesome

Was a very pleasant experience both of my children were welcome is a children were while taking care of. We were also in-and-out very quickly which is not very common these days in any doctor's office so I definitely commend them for that. They made both of my children feel comfortable and both excited about the dentist with which I appreciate.

This office was a wonderful experience for me and my five year old. He previously had a lot of fear at the dentist, but the dental hygienist had a wonderful bedside manner and he was so comfortable he even exclaimed halfway through, " When I was four I was afraid, but now I am five and I like it! "

My 5 year old has loved the different hygienists that she has had here. The few office staff we have talked with aren't as friendly though. Then during her last visit I was told by the dentist that she had her first cavity and due to her age, the area of the cavity (back molar) and that the cavity was thin but long it be best to use gas. I made her appointment and then day before appointment get a call for copay for her crown. I was never told a crown was involved therefore I asked to speak to dentist and she was not there so they called back today(day of appt) just to tell me the same thing that it will be a crown not a filling. Very disappointed that I was not told this from beginning but also that dentist could not correct her mistake by explaining it to me. Also disappointed because cost for a crown compared to filling is a huge difference so it been nice to budget this if I had known. I never write reviews but again just very disappointed!

A very efficient setup and process. The wait was minimal. The staff was amazing and made my 4 year old comfortable. Miss Jen was amazing with him! My only issue is I didn't start him here 2 years ago!! Highly recommend!
