Not impressed. Visit with the dentist was in and out, I felt like he was in a hurry and didn't bother answering my questions. Front desk staff are not friendly. When I went to check out, once of the workers there got up left and went to chit chat with some other worker. I walked out. Not coming there again.

Very disappointed with this place. I scheduled my appointment for a 10:10 slot and they said they would call the day before and never did. So I called the morning of the appointment and they had changed it to 10:20, which is whatever I guess, but then I get there and they tell me my appointment is not until 10:40? If you can't even get your appointment times right, how can I trust you to work on my child. This will be the last time you work on my child.

I have no idea how this place is in business. They have cancelled my sons's appts TWICE NOW when I have showed up 10 minutes early for each appt because they said I didn't answer ONE call to confirm, so they just cancel?! AVOID this place, they are so unprofessional! We've been going here for over 10 years and for some reason this all changed in the past year with new ownership. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "we don't have one". I wish I could give negative stars for this awful business

My son just had the most horrible experience he's ever had in a dentist today. The ladies doing his dental work were rushing and they cause my son a lot of distress and pain, I've taken my kids here for a while and they had been nice before but today since his appointment was at the end of the day and I believe they wanted to go home they rushed his procedure and turn off his laughing gas before they were even close at being done with the procedure. They just kept telling him they wanted him to stay still and let them finish quickly because they too had a family and wanted to go home already, my son felt very ashamed and started crying this made the ladies ever more upset with him, I've never been rushed out of an office like this before, maybe they should not schedule procedures late in the afternoon and they would be able to give better care and show some compassion for children. I will be looking to find another dentist for my children this behavior is unacceptable.

I have had a few bad experiences with this place. I do not feel included in my son's care, the dentists have not been pleasant with me. When I check in for my appointment they ask me what my income is publicly before we're checked in. Needless to say, I'm searching for a new dental provider. Bad vibes all around from the several experiences with this office.

Can't believe these people have jobs the way our family has been treated. They are VERY unprofessional. They cancel appts that we had for months.get there and treated very poorly by a person named Lupe. Not very organized NOR clean. The building is really dirty if you look around. Not fair for us that have state pay. Especially not right if parents are having to pay.makes me worry about my kids safety. If the people in front office can't make my kids feel safe then there's an issue. Hopefully soon you guys get the right people in there so the YFWC don't continue to have all the negative reviews. More recent than not. I'm looking for new dentist. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the ugliness. Again today on the 7-28-21. The front desk girls are the worst. The have such a attitude problem.

I made my son's first appointment for a cavity. I got list and called them. They were on the phone with me when I pulled in. Said I still had my appointment. I walked in. And they said we were too late. I came from out if town an hour away. Eden if his appointment was cut short. They still should have seen him. I was told on the phone as I pulled in. We still had the appointment. Waste of time gas. And a school day missed and his mouth still hurts. All for nothing. You still should have seen him. Specially since we had a reschedule in the first place. Will not recommend. You're response is invalid. We were told two different things. Not fair.

Zero stars wasn't an option.... Since they changed to YVFWC I have had nothing but issues with the Kennewick office. From botched referrals, misdiagnosis and poor patient care for my kids. Nothing worse for working parents than taking time off of work to make it to an appointment only to be told none of the providers want to see/treat my son due to medical issues that they have been aware of since he established with them... absolutely horrible patient care!!!

They are all polite and friendly, great place to take kids, very helpful and answer any questions you have, demonstrates flossing an brushing kid's teeth if needed.

Will not check to see if treatment is covered by insurance or provide an estimate before performing treatment. If you have your own insurance and not free state coverage I would not go here. Find somewhere else that actually works with you and your insurance to make sure you don't have a huge out of pocket expense you are not expecting.

Cancelled my kids appointment after I didn't confirm appointment, I'm sorry that some of us work nights and might not be able to answer phone while sleeping. Then when I called back the lady was rude about it and made it seem like that I should be available to confirm when ever they call. 3 calls in a 2 hour window and by 11 am they canceled it.

Very disappointed when I showed up for my son dentist appointment to find out that they had canceled his appointment due to not checking in the day before his appointment. I scheduled his appointment a week prior and was not informed of any check in process. I had no phone calls or messages from them informing me of this cancellation or that a check in was need. I understand that the process for things have changed due to the pandemic however they need to communicate what the process is so that this does not happen again. I have move my son to a new dentist and I'm writing this in hopes the see this and make a change.

I made an appt for my son for his first dental visit and cleaning... Also has a broken molar I needed checked out... They cancelled on me the DAY of his appointment after I took that day off specifically for appointments (mind you they know he's in pain). I haven't even made it in to the clinic and I will probably never try to go again. Especially since I can't even contact anyone to get another appt set.

Terrible experience. The dentist diagnosed my daughter with a variety of extreme and unnecessary dental issues. I brought her elsewhere for a second opinion and they confirmed that the diagnosis was almost completely incorrect. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This place has the worst dentist.

Avoid Dr. Delonas at Dentistry for Kids. He is the worst medical professional I have ever encountered. I've written 1 negative review in my life and this is it. Two months ago, he diagnosed my 6 year old daughter with cavities and infections in 11 teeth including in 3 newly emerged permanent molars. She had never had a cavity and 6 months prior Dr. Delonas had said that she was completely cavity free. Now Dr. Delonas told me that 11 teeth were suddenly destroyed. I was in shock as we limit snacking/candy/and only drink water and milk. We brush my daughter's teeth twice a day and she flosses and uses flouride rinse daily. Dr. Delonas was dismissive and showed zero compassion. He said that general anesthesia along with crowns, caps, and root canals were required along with fillings on 3 of her permanent molars. He was disrespectful and incredibly rude. I took her for a 2nd opinion at Smile Surfers in Richland and they are beyond phenomenal. Knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. They reviewed Dr. Delonas' recommendations and took their own x-rays. My daughter only has 2 teeth with cavities. Not 11!!! I've heard similar stories from many other families now as well. I contacted Dentistry for Kids to let them know about Dr. Delonas' misdiagnosis and the Office Manager listened, but I never heard back from a Dentist regarding what changes they would make. I'm assuming no changes will be made and other patients' teeth will be destroyed for their monetary gain. Thus I'm writing this review. I'm never returning to Dentistry for Kids and I'm urging everyone to avoid them.
