The dentist and technician are nice an helpful. But the front desk make mistakes and then act like they are doing you a favor by making space to being seen. No if I come in with in a 1 hour early. Don't act like you doing your job; and it's the patient or the parent problem if you wrote the information wrong about the type of appointment we needed.

I booked an appointment at this Dentist office because of the great reviews I read . However it was very discouraging that I was running late for (10 minutes) I was literally looking for parking and the receptionist stated ( I canceled your appointment " we have a 10 minute policy") here I am back at my rescheduled appointment waiting over 40 minutes . I asked if their policy is 10 minutes why they have their customers waiting for 40 minutes. Her excuse was is only two doctors in office and we are backed up .

My kids love this place so much, they always get exited to have their dentist visit they love this office so do I, starting from the front desk to the girls and Doctors in the back and the manager Pablo all of them very friendly and polite always clean and very nice environment. 5 stars is not enough for this Clinic.

I went here hoping they would be able to help my son who is on the spectrum with autism with his dental needs and they were unable too.The doctor we saw that day was rude and inpatient,my son asked for a break and the dentist became bother and refused to treat my son.I went out of my way to change my insurance going on the reviews that this clinic was good with kids on the spectrum and unfortunately that was not true at all.I wasted my time and money going there.I hope other parents n kiddos have better luck than we did,but this is definitely not a kid with autism friendly place...

I am very pleased taking my daughter to this children's dentist. The front desk staff are very nice and the place is very clean. The oral doctor attending my daughter was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this children's dentist.

One star is too much credit for the nonsense, I've experienced with this dental office. Had to call in 5x to find out what's going on with my child case, no one had the courtesy to reach out or to keep me updated. I've asked to speak, left messages and called 3x to the manager and he has not once reached out to me. Beyond disgusted and frustrated.

First off I want to say that I love this office. The place is very clean. The front desk staff (all of them) are very nice. Never had a problem with any of them I been coming here for about 5 years. Started with my daughter at 3 and now she 8 she loves going there. And I also now have a son that's 3. Now check this my son is not a calm toddler of course he's in his terrible 3s lol but anyway I knew he had cavities I was so considered how he was gonna get them done. I was honestly thinking they would have to put him to sleep to do them. So I take both of my kids to a recent visit that confirmed they have cavities and I thought I had to come back but I was wrong they took care of my daughter right then and it was amazing I was so happy that I didn't have to worry about coming back until her 6 months. Now he goes my son mind you I'm just thinking there's no way he's gonna let anything get done. But I was wrong the dentist and the assistant made him feel comfortable enough to get more than I thought would get done. They did the cleaning and all cavities on lower teeth I was an shocked (happy shocked). I have to go back for the top cavities hopefully it goes the same way. I myself work at a dentist office and refer patients with children to go here because it's a great office. Guys you are all great keep it up.
