The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. The take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.

The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughter's well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.

Where do I begin...? My guys have been coming here for (at least) the last 8 years and when I say to people, my kids are weird because they actually like going to the dentist, its because of these guys here. At least to me, its a family thing, and my family feels our dentist office is invested in us.

Treatment with braces isnt just about straight teeth and a gorgeous smile. Its about maximizing the alignment of your teeth and jaw to improve your ability to bite, chew and speak. That perfect smile is a bonus a benefit that leads to improved self-esteem and self confidence.

Getting started with braces. To start orthodontic treatment, your orthodontist will first take x-rays and evaluate if youre a good candidate. Ideal candidates have healthy teeth and gums, but want to fix overbites, underbites, cross bites, spacing issues, overcrowding, a gummy smile or protruding upper front teeth.

How your teeth move. Braces work by applying pressure to teeth, pushing or pulling them into a better position. Your teeth actually move in their sockets. The process is called bone remodeling. The bone on one side of your teeth breaks down in the sockets, but builds up on the other side of the sockets. All of this is done using a gentle amount of pressure. You will visit your orthodontist regularly to make sure your teeth are moving properly.

Getting braces off. When your teeth have reached the desired results, your orthodontist will remove your braces, one bracket at a time. He or she will also remove any glue residue. Your orthodontist will then set you up with a retainer to help stabilize the new position of your teeth. Without a retainer, your teeth may move back to their original positions.

Exploring options. Traditional metal brackets arent for everybody. Other options include ceramic braces, lingual braces and Invisalign or clear aligners. Your certified orthodontist specialist will recommend the treatment thats best for you.

The staff was very nice and the team was so patient with my daughter at her first appointment. I love the office and how it has an arcade and play area to make the kids feel at home. I also love they have tv's hanging above the chairs for the children to watch a movie while they are getting a cleaning.

So much better than locations on the south side. Worth the drive for the excellent service. Made my daughter feel comfortable and had one on one with her. Didn't take as long as on the south side either. So professional. Love Woodstock Location !!

My two little ones always have a blast when they come for a visit here!! They have a giant fish tank, an arcade room, and a little ship themed playset that my kids love to play on. They always make it fun experience, and that makes all the difference. I love that my son doesn't dread going to the dentist. We will keep coming back!

UPDATE I have revisited my review and decided we will definitely not be returning. The assembly line practice has become a problem and they are skipping and missing important problems; big and small; in my children's teeth. We have started with another dentist that will actually take the time to look and FIX those problems or potential problems. Parents, you are the advocate for your child-children. You have to ask questions and do your own investigative work. Ask, THE DOCTOR or DENTIST, questions you don't understand or need more information about. If you don't agree TELL THEM. THEY WORK FOR YOU. If they are doing things that you feel will intentionally harm your child, seek out a new physician or dentist. Also, I noticed after most bad reviews they pop in an auto apology for rating purposes. Know this is an automated message. Not a actual apology. The good reviews receive mostly auto messages as well. MY PREVIOUS REVIEW Usually we have a pretty good experience. Today however, my children were handled rough and their gums and mouth were irritated for hours after the visit. I understand your practice is growing and Covid makes things difficult, but let's not lose site of WHOM you are treating; CHILDREN. Don't treat them as an assembly line! Also, you need a BIGGER SPACE! At some point you have to consider moving. If; when we return; the same problems exist we will find a new dentist. I hope really hope you change the way you treat the children. If nothing else.

They are so good with the children. My son was nervous and they were patient, explained what they were doing during his cleaning, and went slow. He left happy. They talk with you and explain any issues and treatments.

Dentist, hygienist, receptionist all go above and beyond for their patients and their families. Love this place and I drive almost a hundred miles one way, just because I trust them with my child
