I don't recommend this place to anyone. Every time we went there. Awful, condescending experience. Finished up treatment elsewhere when I realized how AWFUL they treated my son. So glad I found a much better option. Edit: he was there in october. delayed his procedure 2x because of pandemic. He would still be on the waiting list for the year and a half. We would STILL BE WAITING for treatment. Condescending and rude still I see.

The low reviews make no sense - we had the absolute BEST experience at the Calcutta office. We were out of town. Our 9yr old ended up with a cracked molar due to an undiagnosed cavity. Called this practice per the recommendation of current patients. I was apprehensive because of those reviews. But, I called at 9am on a Thursday morning. We were in and out from seeing them, all within 2 hours. Their kindness and patience with our anxious girl was so appreciated. They did not try to insist on more work than what needed done. The dentist addressed only what we came in for. She was clear with her findings and expert suggestions/advice. We were able to continue with our visit with no issues thanks to them. Please make sure you give them a chance regardless of some clearly false negative reviews. This practice is really wonderful.

Worst experience with a dentist ever!! She was very rude and unprofessional for someone dealing with children. I understand dentists need to push about brushing and flossing and my daughter doesn't do the best but the "orders" were directed straight to me with much attitude. Told me she couldn't sedate her or anything when she's 10 and has problems like before (she had never treated her teeth) and didn't care if we liked her or went elsewhere. I hadnt even said a word yet. My daughters gum was bleeding a tooth in back was hurting when we left Took 10 minutes at the most. Rude,unprofessional! Only went bcuz they were so nice a few years ago. NOT NOW. and im sure will answer can't find records of her.

The staff is very friendly and the dentists there are awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a dentist!

These rude librals, dr fauci lovers are scheduling children two years out for caps and other minor surgeries. I wish I can give less then one star. My son had a few cavities in a few teeth. They gave me an appointment for 23rd of February. 8 days after calling them. So I called steel pediatric dentistry. (5 stars) 2-7 -22. My son was seen and treated on 2-8-2022. Less than 48 hrs after I called them. Dentistry for children called me today..... They asked me,,, not how my son is.... They say we need to make sure we get paid. We can't find his insurance..... I said no need, he's been taken care of. Never, ever, ever period will I callyyou again. Bill N. Steubenvill OH.

My children have seen both the male and the female dentist no issues with them whatsoever. very professional kind made my kids laugh.. but the receptionist rude. scheduled us on a day that they weren't even open?? not only did we show up on the day, another woman and her children showed up on that day she was also scheduled on that same day they weren't even open. I have canceled appointments ahead of time on time the way I was supposed to but when I called recently to get my kids in she told me we missed an appointment back in 2017 that they wouldn't take us in. I said ma'am we didn't miss an appointment we canceled that appointment ahead of time like we were supposed to and we've been there since then!! I said you also scheduled us on a day you weren't even open and along with another woman that was there too that showed up. I was like this is ridiculous and we've even been there since then which makes no sense to me?!?! I give three stars because like I said the dentist themselves were amazing but the lack of professionalism with the receptionist is baffling who schedules people on a day that they're not even open she's rude and you can clearly see in the computers that we've been there since then I don't know what she's got going on but she definitely isn't good at being a receptionist you look at these reviews there's a lot of similar reviews saying similar things time for a new receptionist...

What kind of quack dentist wants to pull all of a 3 yr olds molars instead of capping them so they r able to still eat ill tell u who this dentist right here hows the baby suppose to eat he cant live on liquids

We have been going to this practice for our 4 children for around 2 years. Dr. Sethi is amazing with children. She has a gift! She has a particular way that she talks to and informs the children about what will happen to prepare them and then also throughout the appointment in discussing what is happening in the moment. My children have had cleanings, sealants, fillings and caps there. They are quick and efficient. The hygienists are equally wonderful, patient and kind. They have an amazing thing going on and other pediatric dentists could learn a lot from them. We have been very impressed. I would highly recommend.

The dentist was talking to me while my son was getting xrays. She was giving me sedation options. When I told her what I was choosing to give him she proceeded to tell me that it was my 5 year olds decision. She was so pushy to just pull out 2 of his teeth that could be saved but said I would be back in 6 months to get them pulled anyways. I think it is my decision if I would like to save them first. She told me he would need to be fully sedated and the wait list was 8 months. The 2 cavities he has need tended to quickly. She said they can be saved but wants to pull them but I want to try and save them first and she was just not having it. So I would not go back!
