The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. The take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.

The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughter's well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.

Where do I begin...? My guys have been coming here for (at least) the last 8 years and when I say to people, my kids are weird because they actually like going to the dentist, its because of these guys here. At least to me, its a family thing, and my family feels our dentist office is invested in us.

Treatment with braces isnt just about straight teeth and a gorgeous smile. Its about maximizing the alignment of your teeth and jaw to improve your ability to bite, chew and speak. That perfect smile is a bonus a benefit that leads to improved self-esteem and self confidence.

Getting started with braces. To start orthodontic treatment, your orthodontist will first take x-rays and evaluate if youre a good candidate. Ideal candidates have healthy teeth and gums, but want to fix overbites, underbites, cross bites, spacing issues, overcrowding, a gummy smile or protruding upper front teeth.

How your teeth move. Braces work by applying pressure to teeth, pushing or pulling them into a better position. Your teeth actually move in their sockets. The process is called bone remodeling. The bone on one side of your teeth breaks down in the sockets, but builds up on the other side of the sockets. All of this is done using a gentle amount of pressure. You will visit your orthodontist regularly to make sure your teeth are moving properly.

Getting braces off. When your teeth have reached the desired results, your orthodontist will remove your braces, one bracket at a time. He or she will also remove any glue residue. Your orthodontist will then set you up with a retainer to help stabilize the new position of your teeth. Without a retainer, your teeth may move back to their original positions.

Exploring options. Traditional metal brackets arent for everybody. Other options include ceramic braces, lingual braces and Invisalign or clear aligners. Your certified orthodontist specialist will recommend the treatment thats best for you.

I love this dentist office. Today was my sons first time ever going to the dentist and he's 4. He doesn't have any cavities so I'm doing a dang good job and to hear that from your workers was amazing! I most definitely will come back every check up! My son loved it!

Will not come back. My child is a teen and I was told about recommendations from someone other than the dentist. Doesn't really make sense to not have background info and allow THE PARENT to give history so that appropriate recommendations can be made

First, I would like to appreciate your services. It was great customer service started from the front desk people , the doctor and the assistance, all of them great. Before I went there , I started reading the comments . Some of the comments make you think twice , however I had a great experience and I didn't see anything bad about it . I will recommend that For other people. . It is the best place and they treat so well. I like it. I will go there again.

My son and I came in excited for his first dentist appointment at 8:00am sharp. I filled out all the paper work and waited for about 30 mins before I started looking around like why is this taking so long! Another 30 mins passed by and we were still waiting. Finally a lady from the back told me they only had one "room" open and someone was taking a long time to finish up. Another 35 mins went by before finally the same lady came back to say we can take you in the back. My son was pretty annoyed waiting for such a long time however he did well in the back. The hygienist was amazing but after she finished it took the doctor another 30 mins to come check out my son so we could leave! All together we were at a simple cleaning service for 2 hours and 20 mins and that is just unacceptable! It was about as bad as a first dentist appointment could go! (Dr. Jodi Pessoa)

Dentistry 4 Children canceled my 3 year old's appointment and said they would call us back to reschedule once they were fully staffed because they were struggling operationally. They never called us back. When I called back to reschedule the appointment, there were no availabilities for 2 months and that's unacceptable to me when they were the ones who canceled my son's appointment. Never going back.

This is the worst!! I understand s**t happens but to call someone Wednesday about transferring to another location is unacceptable when I have a Monday upcoming appointment that I had taken time off for is just ridiculous and unprofessional. Your communication get a zero rating. The brief phone call to say- you are temporary close, can't say when you will be open again and that I have to choose one of the other two locations to call on my own to see if they'll have an appointment- is not acceptable. By the way, one location does not have availability until September, and the other don't have availability for the days I'm off from work. I have to work to be able to provide for my family, and being off for this week into next Monday, trying to get as much appointments in as possible and now this. Like I said at the beginning things happen but for a service providing business having issues and having to go to plan B your plan B should have a smoother transitions, like transferring your patients into the same day and time appointment like was scheduled before. Again, your communication, contingency plan and execution of it stinks!!!!!

This was my son's first dentist appointment. It went so well. Alesia did the cleaning and working with children is definitely her calling. She made him feel so comfortable and he loved meeting her friends, Mr Tickle and Mr Thirsty. I would absolutely recommend this location to someone looking for a children's dentist. There was a bit of a wait. The waiting area was a bit crowded. They also share the lobby with the orthodontist so that contributed to the amount of people in the wait room. Overall a very pleasant experience and he is excited to return.

The office staff is completely unorganized and fails to communicate with their patients. I have had to reschedule my children's appointments repeatedly last minute because they don't have a doctor on staff. It has been almost a year now that I have been trying to have problems with their teeth fixed and because of this their teeth have now gotten worse and require more invasive procedures. There have been teeth listed on their treatment plans on one visit that are somehow not an issue on follow up visits and teeth that have had fillings 3 months prior that now somehow have cavities that require a crown. When I questioned the doctor she seemed confused and couldn't give me an answer other than sometimes teeth get better in their own. I requested copies of their medical records and X-rays so I could get a second opinion before their next appointment. (The second opinions did not agree with the treatment plans I received from here) When I showed up this morning the office staff told me that I didn't have appointments for them, that it is standard procedure that when medical records are requested that the patient is transferred to a different dentist. Really?? I received 3 reminder text messages the night before to confirm their appointments today. Then the staff asked me not to be rude to them because "they weren't in the schedule" and they didn't have an assistant in the office at the time so I would have to wait. I have never in my life seen such ignorance from a medical facility. And after all is said and done, the dentist refused to see my child today or ever again because she didn't like being questioned about her work. We will not be back. Parents please pay attention to what the paperwork says and keep up with everything. ALWAYS get a second opinion.
