My daughter had the best visit ever! We're always treated well but my daughter has Down Syndrome, so the dentist hasn't been her favorite thing. Today she had hygienist Andrea. She was so patient with Jayla & took her time. She explained everything she was going to do. We even for the first time ever got X-rays & my daughter is 14. Usually, I get a workout just trying to help hold her so they can clean her teeth & examine her but not today. I just got to sit & relax.

Today will be the last day I will ever take my kids back. Took my daughter in to get some work done. She was back in there for a hr and they wouldn't let me go back. They decided not to do the work we discussed and do something different. Very disrespectful to talk about a parent Infront of a child and assume that someone took pliers to a child mouth and asked the child that. They never did discuss any changes before they done anything or asked me any questions. It was there work...the cap that came off was there work that broke her tooth.

This last visit has been the best one yet. My daughter loved the hygienist and dentist and they were so sweet with her. Usually she is scared at the dentist but these 2 made her so comfortable, and she listened to every word they said just like if she had been at home.
