Honestly the Best pediatric dentist I've come across for my children, nieces and nephews. The staff is kind and assuring when it comes to taking the kids in the back to work on them. I know they are in good hands when letting them go which is why I don't worry that we are not allowed to accompany them. My Kids tend to act out with us being around, and i wouldn't want to be in the way of the doctor as he cares for my child. They don't need distractions. My kids know now they'll be and feel better regardless. I like the little bit of independence they can learn through going in on their own. Another thing is that they don't talk down on you, instead they talk with you on what they can do to improve their dental hygiene. He's fast and sufficient and staff are very much on it with squeezing in last minute appointments. Highly recommended to every one i know!

Dr. Yim has been my dentist for 10+ years, lols I just had an appt last Saturday! The reason why he doesn't want any parents back there is because your kids will be allllll faalii! He doesn't need babies crying to be held! All my 4 younger sisters cried, but you get used to it! ITS NATURAL TO SEE A TOOTHBRUSH THAT LOOKS LIKE A KNIFE (lols) AND CRY! Trust me it's fine, he's the best! Good luck trynna find another one like him

I had a appointment for my daughter (3years old) and they wouldn't allow me in the room with her at all! I couldn't even comfort her to show her I wasn't leaving her! I took her out of there so quickly! Never again will we ever go here!!

Very bad experience!!! I had cancelled an appointment for my daughter due to an emergency and called back to reschedule. When I called back to reschedule, they told me I need to find another provider for cancelling. Wow!! Just unreal. I think it's best that we do find someone else with that kind of service. Also, if your children have quest, they are only allowed on weekdays and when there is school.

My nephew went there and same thing, parents not allowed back in the room. His mom went back to take him for another appointment and he started crying. She asked him what was wrong. He said that Dr. Yim put his hand over his mouth and said if he moves he's going to make sure that he never gets out of the chair. Stay away for this monster.

Great staff. Very friendly. Very professional. Parents aren't allowed in the back to supervise during appointments. I'm sure it's so that the kids don't react to their parents being there. My kids behave better when I'm not there anyway. Totally understand. I can take 3 kids at once and be done under 1 hour. Just wish they had a Tv in the waiting room!

The location is rather odd but inside the place was decent. The staff was very friendly and so was the dentist. What bothered me so much is, I was not allowed to go back with my THREE YEAR OLD while she got her x-rays done. It was weird to me but they insisted so I let them. The dentist came up with a good plan to fix her teeth and I was so relieved, they do not drug up the children, only give them the numbing shots. Well a day before my kids apt I called to make sure they would let me supervise during my child's dental work and they refused to agree to let me. All I was asking is to stand outside the room and poke my head in every now and then to assure my daughters safety. ( whom is only 3). The dentist refused and canceled my appointments. Now tell me why I am being refused all because I want to make sure my 3 year old is safe. It was alarming to me.
